Välkommen till paradiset/ . Breckenridge Splendor är en del av fastigheterna i Breck Heaven som hanteras av Bill Handley och är ett familjevänligt hem som lever upp till sitt namn båda med sin otroliga utsikt över Mt. Baldy och dess lyxiga inredning. Detta hus har två stora familjerum med vackra sten spisar på varje nivå. Den lägre nivån har också en öppen våt bar och ett stereosystem för Bose-surroundljud. Det stora sovrummet har en sängkomfort i King size-säng i Kalifornien, en privat balkong med en fantastisk utsikt över Mt. Baldy och ett stort fantastiskt sovrum med badkar i koppar, jacuzzi-bubbelbadkar och separat dusch. Huset ligger i Warriors Mark, en exklusiv, vänlig stadsdel intill Peak National Forest. Det är bara ett kort avstånd att ta på sig skidor och åka skidor till Beaver Run Stollyft på Peak 9.

Huset ligger i en exklusiv, vänlig stadsdel intill Peak National Forest. Det är en kort 75-gårds promenad att ta på dig himlen och åka skidor till Beaver Run Stollyft på Peak 9. Du åker ut på Peak 9 och kan komma tillbaka på antingen Peak 9 eller 10 baserat på din skidnivå. Gröna skidåkare kan göra topp 9.

Njut av din Rocky Mountain-semester i detta vackra hem som bekvämt kan sova 17. Det finns gott om varmt inredda rum för din grupp under dag och natt. Det underbara stora rummet med en stor eldstad med stengas och tillgång till badtunnan kan enkelt plats 10/12. Det finns också ett separat vardagsrum för ytterligare vuxna eller barn. Denna varma, öppna design med över 20 fot tak gör den perfekt för stora familjer. Och om du vill gå ut, det finns många fina och läckra restauranger att välja mellan.

Gourmetköket med trägolv och bänkskivor i granit är fullt lager för att tillgodose alla dina matlagningsbehov. Det stora bordet i den angränsande matsalen har plats för 10 och är det perfekta stället att koppla av och föryngra efter din dag med skidåkning eller vandring. Det finns ytterligare sittplatser (upp till 4) vid barit / bänkskivan i granit. Det är en favoritplats att njuta av ditt skidglas med vin medan du lagar en familjemåltid tillsammans.

Huvudnivån, master svit har en king size-säng, stora fönster, tillgång till badtunna och ett lyxigt master badrum med jacuzzi bubbelbadkar och separat dusch. Det finns ett extra sovrum med en dubbelsäng på huvudnivån.

Den lägre nivån har 3 extra varmt inredda sovrum tillsammans med ett spelrum för både barn och vuxna att njuta av.

En dag med aktivitet i bergen är aldrig komplett utan ett dopp i en badtunna. Njut av vår stora, nya badtunna omgiven av Lodge Pole tall på ett av de två utsidan däck.

The perfect mountain home!
This house was everything we could’ve hoped for! Unbeatable views with plenty of deck space to enjoy them, absolutely gorgeous decor inside, lots of room for us to all spread out, and Bill, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. He was so responsive and helpful! We will definitely be back!

Nice House
We had an extended family group of skiers from four related families. Two younger kids at 5 and 7, and the rest younger and older adults. The house is spacious, well decorated, and functional. The kitchen was well outfitted, every time we thought they didn't have something (eg. collander), we'd end up finding 2 of them tucked away in a cabinet. So ski in, ski out. Bottom line , the extended trails worked well for about 2/3 of the skiers, they loved it, they other 1/3 used the bus. Good news is the ski bus stop is pretty close at the end of the street.

Excellent chalet at Breck
We had a great stay in Breckenridge. Lots of beds and bedrooms for everyone to sleep comfortably. Excellent hot tub for getting our legs back after skiing. The shuttle that serves the property every 15 minutes worked well at the start of the day and at the end coming off the hill.

This house was AMAZING! Rooms were spacious and beautiful. We all enjoy cooking and the Kitchen was just like home, fully stocked and plenty of platters and dishes! This was our once a year family vacay and there was more than enough room for 12 adults and 2 kiddos! View and deck were fabulous!! Super relaxing! Host made sure we had everything we needed and more! Thank you for sharing your beautiful property! We will be back!

Perfect Family Vacation
We love the house! As our kids have grown so has our family. This house was perfect for all our four generations. Granny was able to stay in a room on the main level so no need to do stairs while the kids & grandkids had the run of the game room and everything downstairs. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook or bake. I HIGHLY recommend this property and Bill (owner) was so easy to work with. He was very kind and helpful to make sure I had all the information I needed including discounts on things in town. Thanks much Bill!

Breckinridge 2023
An awesome visit and home. The view was spectacular and the house was very close to the slopes. A beautiful home, very clean and well taken care of by its owners. The bedrooms were perfect for all our married children. The kitchen was fantastic and well stocked. The furniture was well kept and in excellent condition. What a great vacation for our family!

Wonderful ski holiday!
We found the house spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable, with multiple spaces to socialize. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, cookware and condiments. We loved the hot tub and the little fox who visited us regularly. We found the shuttle bus which ran on time, was a wonderful service to go back and forth to town. Overall, the accommodation made our holiday a truly enjoyable experience for the whole family.

Guys Snowboard Trip
Awesome property with all the amenities. The walk to the slopes is easy for skiers but snowboarders have to unstrap and walk to a very flat run (Lower Lehman). We did the walk on the first day but relied on the shuttle for the rest of the week. The shuttle is very convenient. We were greeted by a fox coming up on the deck to check in on us each day. This was my group's first time to Breckenridge and it did not disappoint!

Warrior’s Mark West
We loved our stay at Warrior’s Mark West. The home was huge and had plenty of space to gather with family in the great room, kitchen and dining areas. The downstairs living area was a great spot for family to wind down in the evenings. The views were breathtaking. Oversized laundry was great for tacking our crews’ laundry while there. The kitchen was a gourmet one with everything you could possibly need to cook an elaborate meal for your family. We couldn’t get the outdoor grill working but it snowed the whole time we were there so we just changed our meal plan, The only issue we really had was there was some organic cleaning product used to clean with that left a terrible odor throughout the home. We aired the home out and the odor faded. By the next day, you could barely smell it.I definitely recommend renting the home especially if you have a large group. Oh, one more thing, there are only 1.5 baths on the main floor so if someone stays in the extra bedroom on the main floor, he either would have to use the master bath to bathe or go downstairs.

Wonderful Breckenridge get away
Breck Splendor was a near perfect home for our family of 12. All the amenities were top-notch, the views are beautiful, the home itself spacious and comfortable, and our host could not have been more. . The property is not a true ski in/ski out unless you are very familiar with Breckenridge and the conditions are perfect. That being said, The private shuttle works really well for access to Peak 9 base area. I would recommend this property to others and would love to be a summertime visitor.

Lovely Stay Jan 2022
All in all the house was great! Plenty of space, clean, fully stocked kitchen, and good amenities. Cannot beat the view! The hot tub was so nice after skiing all day. I wasn’t able to get my hatch rest or owlet baby camera connected to the WiFi so my baby monitoring was useless. Bill was prompt and tried to help me get it resolved, so I appreciated that. It’s really not ski in/out. It’s a short walk to the shuttle that runs every 15 minutes and drops you close to the quicksilver lift. You can also walk a bit further from the shuttle stop to ski a trail to the lift. It’s a good location, no complaints- just don’t expect to truly ski in/out of the house. My family had a wonderful time at Breck Splendor and we would definitely stay here again! Perfect for big groups. Thanks for having us

Excellent house . Super attractive, clean and user friendly . Advertised as ski-in/ski-out, which is a stretch at best. You have to walk a city block once you get out of the house to a rather treacherous trail in order to get to the slopes. We tried it once, then drove to the slopes and parked each day

Best Vacay Ever!!!
We had the most amazing stay! This home is absolutely immaculate! We had three families staying here and there was so much room for everyone to have their own space, while also having multiple areas for us all to gather together! This home is so beautifully decorated. We felt like we were staying in a lodge. The views from the back deck and balconies are breathtaking!! We can’t wait to come back to this beautiful home to make more memories in Breck!

Will Be Back!
What a wonderful experience! This home is beautiful and clean. The kitchen was well-stocked with every tool we could want for cooking meals in, the dining tables comfortably accommodated our large family, the rooms and bathrooms were restorative, and the family and rec room were spacious for everyone! We were grateful for the highchair, pack-n-play, extra pillows, and humidifiers. The location is lovely, on top of a hill with great views, yet just a quick drive to town and trailheads. Bill was a fabulous host, always easy to get a hold of before the trip and even call to check in a day or two after we arrived. We will certainly keep this rental in mind for the future!

Warriors mark ski week
House was excellent with many amenities and fairly close to town with free shuttle service. House was Well kept and modern. Only issue is this was advertised as “ski in -ski out” and I would say it is possible, but not practical unless conditions are perfect. Be prepared to hike uphill with all your gear.
