Enjoy some quiet time in this home located on the north end of Jamestown. Only 5 minutes’ walk will bring you to a beautiful local beach. Enjoy a quiet and peaceful stroll in the morning to catch the sunrise and in the evening for some beautiful sunset. The house consists of 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 full, 2 twins, and 1 bonus twin bed), 2 baths, and well stocked kitchen. With a spacious deck in the back, enjoy some meals outdoor, sit and relax in the backyard to read a book, listen to the birds chirping, or feel the breeze. This home boasts nature at its best! While it is tucked in a quiet street, it is only a 10 minutes’ drive from Newport and a 15-20 minutes’ drive from Narragansett.

Seven nights minimum rental starting Mid-May to Mid-September.

Note: Our house is categorized as Contemporary with the kitchen, dining area, bathroom and 2 smaller bedrooms on the first floor. The spiral staircase leads to the living room/family room and master bedroom and master bath on the second floor.

Peaceful - Relaxing - Cozy

Thank you so much Huyen for allowing us to stay at your home while vacationing in Rhode Island! The home had everything we needed for our stay and so close to all the various activities within the community and surrounding states (we traveled to Mass and Conn too!). And the beds (memory foam) we just what we needed at night for a wonderful restful sleep. We spent most of the day traveling and it was so nice to come home to a place that was relaxing, clean, had all the amenities we needed and quite/peaceful outdoors. Anytime we had a question you replied with an answer immediately...we were so grateful. It was simply a beautiful experience and I highly recommend this rental for anyone considering a vacation in the Rhode Island area. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thanks again!!! Serene quiet location, close to Newport fun!

We loved our stay at Seashell Cove. The home had everything we needed and more. The host was very responsive and kind. The birdsong in the back of the property is beautiful. We loved coming back to such a serene setting after a day out in Newport!

Jamestown Retreat

Very quiet neighborhood. Nice deck for relaxing and watching wildlife (birds, deer). Short drive to Jamestown, Newport, Beavertail Park, Wickford. Well stocked house.

This property was clean and comfortable. Hosts reached out to make sure everything was in order. Check in was super easy and was allowed to check in early. Super quiet area with large deck with comfortable patio furniture. Highly recommend this home.

Great Stay

Seashell Cove was wonderful. Location was perfectly situated between Newport,Providence and Narragansett. Jamestown was also quite beautiful. The place was exactly as described and perfect for our trip.

Peace and Relaxation Achieved

My family lives in Baltimore City which is always very hectic and can be noisy. Our stay in Jamestown was off the beaten path and just what we needed to recharge. The place itself is lovely, very clean, stocked with everything you need, comfy beds and other nice touches, like kcups for the Keurig and some other food. It’s also very close to other towns in Rhode Island that are fun to visit. The host outlines tons of information for your stay and is always quick to respond! I would definitely come here again in a heartbeat.

This property is fabulous! The cottage is quaint and had everything we needed! The walk to the beach was short and scenic---only about 5 minutes away. Great cottage I would recommend for anyone!

URI Family Weekend

Family visit with our daughter who just started her college adventure. It was a very nice private place to stay. Accurate to its description. Comfortable and welcoming, really liked the upstairs family area for family games accessable by spiral staircase. Unfortunately it rained so we were unable to use the fire-pit Hammock and deck area but they looked like a lot of fun. We were able to take a walk to the beach and go to the local town, lighthouse and windmill, very scenic area! Good communication with owner.

Awesome back yard

We were there for my son’s marine training school graduation. It rained the entire time but we did use the fire pit once. There is a deer in the back yard that hangs around and watches you. The upstairs loft was a perfect place for a few displaced Marines to wait for a few hours not at the airport for their flights out. Very cozy place.

Enjoyed our stay

We stayed at 'Seashell Cove' to accommodate family visiting from out of town. The location is lovely, with a big deck and yard -- very private and quiet -- with an easy walk to the neighborhood beach. The deck was well-furnished and there was a nice fire-pit area. The house was well stocked and, with the deck and yard, there was plenty of space for us to enjoy our time together. Check-in and instructions on accessing the property were easy, and the host communicated well -- including responding to a couple of minor issues.

Cozy place

We enjoyed the house. It has an unconventional layout with the living room upstairs and only accessible with a spiral staircase, but the large outdoor deck with nice sitting and eating area made up for it - we were out there a lot. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, the house was well-equipped and Huyen was great on communication.

Perfect location for families and location to explore Rhode Isla d

Huyen was a pleasure to communicate with and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Seashell cove is in a quiet location that allows for short drives into Newport and Narragansett. Jamestown was also beautiful to explore with nice restaurants, coffee shops and playgrounds. I highly recommend this spot to anyone with families that are looking to be in a location that lets you be in the heart of Rhode Island

Cozy relaxing retreat

We loved staying at Huyen’s home. We had a small group of 5 adults + one child and this space was perfect for us. We loved relaxing and eating meals on the spacious deck, and sitting around a fire outside in the evenings. Huyen included so many thoughtful touches and conveniences in the home; we had everything we needed to prepare meals; coffee, toiletries, paper products, beach towels, beach chairs, games and so much more. Having stayed at many short term rentals, I will say that Huyen has absolutely gone above and beyond what is typically provided. The home is located at the end of a dead end street, with a sizable yard. The location is a short drive from Newport which was was great to be close to beaches, shopping, restaurants, and the Cliff walk. We hope that we will be able to visit again next summer!

Love Jamestown

We were a group of 5 adults. The accommodations were perfect for us. The house had a great backyard and a large deck which was wonderful because we like to be outside. The location was perfect for exploring Rhode Island. I would recommend this home to stay and explore. Jamestown was fun!

Newport Seashell Cove

House was very private and quiet. Nice deck. Supplied many conveniences such as soap,towels sheets, snacks coffee. We traveled back and forth to Newport 13 miles away. Commute not bad. Home was clean and adorable. Newport was a lovely area. Host was very thoughtful and nice. Acommodated any requests we had. I would definately recommend.

Comfortable Accomodations

We had a relaxing stay in this saltbox designed house. Bedrooms are nicely appointed. Beds are comfortable with good quality bed linens, bath and beach towels (included). The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, bowls, utencils, pots, etc. Couches are clean and comfortable. Living room area and a bedrom have nice largescreen televsions, games and books. Airconditioning is excellent and there are also ceiling fans on the upper floor. Deck is large and comfortably furnished with outdoor living room and dining furniture, fire pit hammock, and grill. All accomodations in good condition. Hosts generously leave some coffee/tea and travel size snacks to get your vacation started in case you've forgotten anything! There are circular stairs to the upstairs which were fine for us but wont work for those with mobility issues. Location was great. Small bay beach just 5 minute walk.

Perfect guest house for large or small groups

A Relaxing Getaway

Seashell Cove has all the comforts of home in a spotlessly clean, quiet, lovely woodsy setting. In addition to being close to Jamestown and not far from Newport, the home offers many amenities on site, as well as a small beach within an easy walk. Our hosts were attentive and very approachable, the neighbors friendly, all making for a delightful visit and an anticipated return.

Lovely, clean and we'll furnished

We loved spending the weekend here for a family wedding in Jamestown. It was the perfect place for our family and although we didn't get to use all the amenities, it was nice to have them. We would definitely stay here again!

Quiet Beauty

Near to Newport and Jamestown destinations, but quiet, spacious and comfortable. Easy short walk to the beach. Perfect for bike-riding. Cozy, comfortable well-appointed home with a huge deck. Especially loved sitting around the fire pit in the evenings. Hope to visit again!

Graduation stay

Home was nice and clean, many essentials you may have forgotten are there. Quiet neighborhood, just sitting in the backyard is very peaceful and calming. Owner was available for any problems or concerns. We visited the small beach enjoyed it, nice and quiet. I would recommend and would stay again.
