Spektakulära Island Beach House

This is disappointing. It would have been nice to hear how you came to be our only rating below a 4 in 11 years and 157 ratings. I can only guess this was a mistake. I thought you might have appreciated me taking time off of work and meeting your professional baby/VRBO planner in advance of your rental period for an hour to ensure you and your baby's comfort.

Thank you for your feedback. We always strive to provide a clean, well-equipped, and comfortable home for our guests, and we would like to clarify a few details regarding your stay. Regarding the amenities, our inventory team verified that there were 7 beach chairs available at the property for your use. Because outdoor furniture is subject to the elements, these are provided as a complimentary courtesy, though we appreciate your note regarding their upkeep. Out of 174 reviews, this was the first time this concern was raised, and we will keep an eye on it moving forward. When you raised concerns about the cleanliness inside the home, we took your feedback seriously and dispatched our cleaning team. While their arrival was unfortunately delayed twice, they completed the detailed touch-up with absolute excellence once on-site. This included specialized long-reach dusting and deep-scrubbing the toilets to ensure they were pristine. While our team was eager to complete the remaining work immediately for your comfort, you requested that they halt and return later so your two dogs could roam the house freely. As a gentle reminder for all guests, our house policy strictly states that pets are not permitted on the furniture at any time. We always do our best to resolve guest concerns on the spot, and we feel our team made every effort to accommodate you and address your needs during your stay. We wish you the best in your future travels.
