Three spacious bedrooms and three full baths, two of which are master bedrooms, fully furnished and outfitted with everything you would need. Large kitchen with lots of cupboard space and long table in dining room, easily sits 8. Large, flat TV screen for endless movie nights. Washer and dryer conveniently in the unit. Refreshing views of the preserve from balcony and windows. Step out into the pool or the hot tub nestled among palm trees or visit the gym and heated pool at the club house in longer stays. Many of the Saint Augustine beaches, golf courses, quaint shops, historical buildings and many attractions a short ride away. This condo is ready for you to enjoy every minute.

World Golf spacious condo

Excellent condo, wonderful communication from owner! Perfect location for our visit to Jax/Nocatee for a baby shower. Photos accurate! Well kept, beautiful property.

Nice place-elevator stopped working

The property was nice in a gated community. It had a musty smell when we first got there which seemed to clear as a/c was turned on. The elevator broke on Saturday and was still not fixed Sunday morning. We had to make 8 trips up and down stairwell from 3rd floor to load car. I am sure somebody in the building called someone to fix it but it may be still broken.

Annual Guys Golf Trip

The VRBO condo was perfectly located in the World Golf Village, was super clean, and had great amenities. It's a great 3 bedroom spot for hanging out with friends and playing golf.

Wedding Retreat

Stayed here for a couple of days while in town for a wedding. Nice, comfortable place with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space.

A fantastic stay at World Golf Village

My 3 adult sons and myself enjoyed a wonderful weekend at the World Golf Village. The Townhouse was perfect in every way and we would definitely stay there again. It was very clean and spacious. We played two rounds of golf, watched football and had a fantastic night out in St. Augustine. Adriana was a great host and was very accomodating to a few special requests.

Could use more cleaning

The counters and drawers in the kitchen were dirty. When we were gathering our belongings at the end of the stay and checking to make sure none of our stuff rolled under the bed, we found stuff from previous rentersbunder the bed. Otherwise comfortable, affordable, conveniently located, quiet building. Would be open to renting again. Definitely saving as a favorite.

Best Kept Secret

Stayed here for the weekend with my family and it was absolutely perfect! Super clean, easy check in process, and the pool was BEAUTIFUL! Will definitely keep this place in mind for our next family vacation!

Wonderful experience!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean and very accommodating. We had 7 people and needed the three bedrooms and the space. There was plenty of space for everyone. Communication with the host was very prompt. Pool area was spectacular! And the spa services were a HIT! We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Wonderful place!

We had a great stay here. The property is beautiful, the pool is awesome, and the location is close to everything... golf, tennis, beaches, shopping, etc. Wonderful family vacation spot.
