Inspired by the Spanish architecture St. Augustine is known for, you can enjoy old world feel with modern perks in this fully furnished one bedroom one bath resort condo. There is a full service spa/salon on site. A short 5 min walk is a fitness center, tennis courts, playground etc. offering so much more than a regular hotel for the money!

The space
This unit is in the main building and overlooks the palm tree lined pool that is the centerpiece of the property. Enjoy the Florida sunshine from your balcony where you can enjoy the view and listen to the fountain.

Great location!

Traveled with my two teens and we needed a safe place to stay while visiting family. The host was quick to respond, the gate security was great, property was very clean, access to pool and fitness center was convenient. Quiet floor and had no issues.

Always an Excellent Choice!

This was the third time we have stayed at Laura's property. We often visit family in the panhandle and have used the rental as a stopover when traveling. It always feels safe, secure and comfy. The pool is an added perk! I'm sure we will return.

Just perfect

We stayed here back in April and everything went smoothly and as planned. Nice gated community, nice relaxing condo space with a nice view of the pool and Jacuzzi. Quiet at night. Everything worked out well.

Relax and Enjoy

Beautiful setting in a beautiful condo. Best for older crowd seeking peace and relaxation. Close to many things to do as well as restaurants, groceries, pharmacies and outlets. Will come again!

Beautiful facility worth the

Had a great stay it was a beautiful facility with all the amenities that were needed. The pool is just amazing and a great hot tub. Convenient to grocery stores and highways. It was not close to the beach, but the value overall was worth it and you could handle the drive.

Vacation from the North

Exactly as advertised! We stayed for 5 nights and had an amazing time. The pools were a great break from the beach/St. Augustine. We got a few workouts in at the gym. Locals are very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

We went to visit our son, property was exactly as described. It was perfect for our needs. It was central to everything. Pool are was gorgeous. Check-in and check-out were easy. We would definitely go there again!!!

Wonderful place of peace and rest near everything

The property is in a large gated community. The grounds and surrounding homes are beautiful. It is very peaceful and quiet. The amenities are great and there is a lot to do within a 10-30 minute drive. The property owner communicated with us very well and our stay couldn’t have gone better. It was an awesome place to stay & a great experience for my family and Me.

Refreshing place to stay

This was 3rd visit to this location. This condo was great, clean, functional. Only complaint...plenty of bath towels but only one washcloth per person.

5 Stars - Exceptional Stay at World Golf Resort Condo

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this condo in the World Golf Resort, Florida. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how impeccably clean and well-maintained everything was. The pictures in the listing are 100% accurate, and if anything, the actual experience surpassed my expectations. The view of the pool from the condo is simply beautiful, providing a serene and relaxing atmosphere. It's the perfect spot to unwind after a day of golfing or exploring the area. A special shoutout to the staff at the spa downstairs. They were incredibly nice and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their helpfulness and the extra services and amenities they provided truly enhanced our stay. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay at the World Golf Resort. I'll definitely be returning! -Matt

It was a beautiful property with exceptional grounds. The pool and hot tub were wonderful! We really enjoyed the stay. If we could change or add anything, it would be safety bars in the tub, a map of the facility telling us if we had access to any of the other areas and much more time to enjoy it! Thanks so much!

In 2018 I met Dan on a dating app. I lived in Nashville and he lived in St. Augustine. Upon deciding to get married, we each loved where we were from. We ultimately decided to do both! We live in Nashville, but bought two condos right next to each other here at Laterra to visit as often as we like and ultimately have as our own family vacation spot. (Together we have 6 grown children). We love making memories playing in the pool with our grand- daughter and celebrating Dan’s 50th birthday and other special times here. We hope you will enjoy our home away from home.
