Great views from the 13th floor with large windows/patio on opposing side of the building so a good airflow to keep it cool. Important as there is no air conditioning.Location is good between 2 metro stations so its easy to hop on the subway and get to anywhere in Paris.Only one negative is there was no instruction sheet/book at all to reference which we typically see at all other vrbo rentals. We had to contact host for wifi access info & trash. Host was very responsive however. If they could just provide a few sheets with basic instructions I would give an extra star.

Fantastic Paris home base

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay! The view is amazing and the metro proximity is very convenient. The kids toys and space were ideal for our children. All the amenities you could need are included, and having two bathrooms was really nice. Highly recommend! Having some French wine on the balcony while the sun sets over Montmarte is a pretty awesome selling point.

Paris Apartment

The apartment has a fantastic view of Paris. Tahar and Noria were great hosts. They were easy to contact and provided lots of useful tips for navigating Paris. The apartment is in residential area of Paris with easy access to the metro and plenty of restaurants/supermarkets nearby.

Amazing views

This was a perfect apartment for our family of 5 people. It had amazing views of the city. We could watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle at night. The metro stations were close by so we could easily get to all of the attractions. Tahir and Noria were great hosts. They gave us recommendations and helped out whenever we needed it. They also organised the chauffeur service from the airport which was great after a long flight. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Fantastic!

The neighborhood was great, the building is secure and very nice. The apartment was very spacious, quiet and had a fantastic view of Paris - you can even see the Eiffel tower from a distance. Tahar and Noria were great hosts and very prompt to respond. Having transportation from the airport to the apartment was so nice and convenient! Since it's on the top floor, it has a really nice breeze coming through, even on hot nights it was nice and cool. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience

My family of 4 spent 5 nights in Noria and Tahar's lovely apartment with a beautiful view of the Paris monuments and beautiful sunsets. The apartment is very spacious, with two toilets and two bathrooms (one with a bath and the other with a shower), wonderfully clean and located in a convenient location with several supermarkets around as well as restaurants and all the necessary commodities. The apartment is at a walking distance to the Bastille (which can be accessed through the street or through the "Coulee Verte" which goes above the streets in a pleasant extended garden). It is also near three subway stations making it easy to get anywhere within Paris. The internet worked well. Noria and Tahar were a pleasure to deal with. They responded to us promptly before and during our stay. In addition, they work with a very reliable limo service which we relied on twice. The service was prompt and very friendly. We highly recommend this property as it made our stay very pleasant (unlike some previous stays!)

Great to have 3 bedrooms

Kids room was great. Need a better light in there. Master bedroom was comfortable and roomy.3rd bedroom worked fine for my teens, the sofa bed was a little uncomfortable for them. It worked pretty well for our family. Location to the multiple Metro stations was nice. The wifi and cable were out for the whole 2 weeks we were there. That was pretty frustrating and made us use our international plan more (costing us more ). Was a good "homebase" for our Paris touring activities.

Heerlijke plek om Parijs te verkennen!

We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf in dit appartement. Prachtig uitzicht op de Eiffeltoren en Sacre Coeur. Het appartement is heel schoon en netjes, en ruim genoeg voor een gezin. Wij waren met 5 personen, maar 6 kan ook makkelijk. We hebben prettig contact gehad met de eigenaars over de aankomsttijd, inchecken en uitchecken. Dat verliep allemaal heel vriendelijk en soepel. Wat een heel groot pluspunt aan dit appartement is, is dat je er een parkeerplek bij kunt huren voor €15 per dag. En het ligt heel dicht bij de metro. Wij hebben de auto op de parkeerplek laten staan en hebben 5 metrokaarten gekocht waarmee we in een paar dagen alle hoogtepunten van Parijs konden zien. Ideaal! Het appartement staat in een prettige wijk van Parijs, waar je ook in de avond nog prima over straat kan met kinderen. Al met al dus een echte aanrader als je met een gezin een paar dagen Parijs wil verkennen.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Wir waren 5 Nächte zu Gast bei Noria und Tahar und wurden sehr herzlich und unkompliziert empfangen. Die Wohnung ist riesig und hat einen traumhaften Ausblick. Es ist alles vorhanden um sich rundum wohl zu fühlen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür!

We enjoyed the wonderful views of the Eiffel Tower and Sacre-Coeur along with the fantastic sunsets from the balcony. Noria and Tahar were wonderful hosts. It was so convenient to arrange airport pickup and return with their limo service. The grocery store is close. We enjoyed the cafes in the area.

Great time in Paris!

My friend and I stayed here for a week. As 2 women traveling alone, we were first impressed with the security of the apartment. Noira arranged to have us met at the airport and taken directly to the apartment which was greatly appreciated. We found everything to be as advertised. Noira and Tahar were very attentive to any questions we had. One day we had an infrastructure issue with the building that was completely out of the host’s control. She communicated with us and even brought us water, bread and cheese to help us through a few hours. All was resolved and we appreciated her attention and help during this time. The location is wonderful, very close to the #8 Metro line. We traveled almost exclusively by Metro so the proximity to this line put Paris at our fingertips. Lovely stay!

Wonderful apartment with a great view

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. The view was fantastic and the owners were very helpful. The kitchen and dining area were large. It is perfect for a couple or a small family. Easy access to the metro.

Einzigartige Sicht über Paris

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen, hellen und voll ausgestatteten Apartment sehr genossen. Vom Wohnzimmer hat man eine einzigartige Sicht über die Stadt und sieht u.a. den Eifelturm und die Sacré/Cœur. Mit der Metro erreicht man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell, trotzdem war es sehr ruhig. Die Vermieter waren immer ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen!
