Accommodation: Functional apartment with a kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with toilet. The living room has two benches each for 1 person. A lovely sheltered terrace will allow you to enjoy your meals outside, so you can enjoy a relaxing setting and a view of the Salses pond.The main room as well as the bedroom are equipped with a fan ceiling. No TV in the apartment.This apartment is located in the Caribbean residence.A large parking lot is available for tenants, behind the residence. (Places not numbered). As part of your rental, you will have: - an aquatic area with 2 ponds and a water play area for young and old.The swimming pool is open from April to October, it is free for all our tenants on presentation of a bracelet that is given to you upon arrival.
