CAP COUDALERE, a pleasant studio ideal for 4 people located on Place Martinique. POOL
On the ground floor of a residence with access to the pool, the living room (sofa bed) opens onto a loggia equipped with a sofa bed.
The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine and a large refrigerator. The bathroom has been renovated.
Amenities: TV antenna, vacuum cleaner, coffee maker, toaster, electric stovetop, refrigerator-freezer, and television.
Outdoor Equipment: LOGGIA.

The La Grande Plage and La Coudalère neighborhoods offer entertainment for all ages throughout the summer season. Pets allowed: €30 supplement for pets under 10kg
Swimming pool open from June to September:
June: Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. The rest of the week, the pool is open from 10am to 1pm and from 2pm to 6pm.
July and August: Open daily from 10am to 1pm and from 2pm to 6pm.
September: Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. The rest of the week, the pool is open from 10am to 1pm and from 2pm to 6pm.
Bed linens are not provided; end-of-stay cleaning is optional and an additional charge applies.
The deposit is €350.
