The cabin also has a full kitchen and dining space. Country Cabin also offers guests the most sought-after amenities such as your very own 2 person hot tub in the back yard. The hot tub can be viewed from your spacious back patio complete with bar and rocking chairs. A barbecue grill is also provided for those who prefer to stay in the country and do a little grilling. The cabin was incredibly clean. We didn’t stay in the cabin pictured however it looked like there were 3 newer built cabins on the property which is one that we stayed in. Communication was easy with the host. We did have to buy some toilet paper but that wasn’t an issue because we needed things from the store anyways. Little Peanut was the perfect welcoming party and super sweet. We were too busy there to use the hot tub but it was very accessible. My husband and I enjoyed our time there and I would definitely stay again.

Perfect for a weekend in wine country!

We only stayed one night but could easily stay for a long weekend. Closed to the wine trial and downtown Fredericksburg. The hot tub was amazing after a day of wine tasting. The bed was comfortable and the water in the shower was hot!

Perfect Anniversary

We came to Fredericksburg for our 1 year wedding anniversary and this location was perfect for us. Property is located just outside of town and right down the road from Das Peach Haus. The neighborhood was quiet and we got to see a bunch of wildlife while we were in the hot tub. Overall a great place and we will definitely be back.

Nice little spot

The place was clean and everything we tried was in working order. The bed was a nice tempur pedic style bed, not a cheap mattress. The Hot tub cover is a bit heavy and cumbersome but manageable. The tub itself works well.The back porch was lovely. The toilet did run but a quick wiggle stopped it. The area was rustic upscale with a fine gravel road. The only reason it was a 4 star and not 5 was an issue with very loud neighbors. It was midnight and even with the AC at full blast we could hear the teenagers in the next home while laying in bed.All things considered I would return and hope for a quieter night.

Nice place. Showed up with no idea how to get in the cabin. Owner didn’t respond when texted about inability to get in so gained entrance when we walked around the back.

One night stay

The pictures on the listing are not updated. The bed is a large gray wood bed with no character vs the rustic metal frame in the photos. Photos do no show the construction taking place on property. They have built and are working on multiple cabins just feet from this property. The AC never did cool the room off. Hot water ran out after 1 shower. Sitting out back at night was not relaxing as you heard the highway traffic. There is no privacy at all. I would not recommend staying there.

Had a great stay. Cabin was extremely clean and the bed was super comfy. Hot tub was perfect for me and my girlfriend. Very quiet and peaceful Saw lots of deer on the way in from dinner.

Beautiful Property

Honestly, I was a little hesitant because of the name of the property because I thought it may be too remote, but as soon as I drove into the neighborhood and onto the property I was so relieved. The cabin was so cute inside and very clean. My daughter and I used the hot tub and it was so nice. Would definitely recommend this place.

Could have been great

We arrived after a long drive to find no toilet paper to be had. I did not have a contact number available and it was nowhere to be found. After driving into town for necessities we thought we were good. The at 12:30am we awoke to a non-functioning cooling unit so it was 82 inside. It was storming outside so opening doors and windows was not viable. Half the cupboard doors were missing knobs. This place just needs some attention.
