Ny!! Romantisk Ava Haus CABIN.

Ava Haus Cabin ligger bara 2. 2 miles väster om Fredericksburg på US Highway 290. Stugan är ca 400 ft stor. Ett sovrum, med en king size-säng och ett komplett badrum med dusch. Golvplanen innehåller ett vardagsrum, matplats och fullt utrustat kök (öppet koncept), kabel-TV och WiFi. Stugan har en täckt veranda för att njuta av lite frisk luft och avkoppling.

Varför denna fastighet? När vi letade efter egendom för att köpa, blev vi omedelbart förälskad i grunderna och den bekväma känslan av fastigheten. Ava Haus representerade det autentiska arvet av det som har varit så kärleksfullt bevarat i Fredericksburg. Också; Platsen är perfekt!

Det är borta från centrum av staden, men nära nog att vara i centrum på mindre än 3 minuter. Unikt Ava Haus gör att gästerna kan njuta av landets fördelar och fortfarande vara några minuter från vingårdar, shopping, restauranger och naturparkerna i området. Gästerna kan ha en äkta känsla för regionens historia när de bor i en autentisk tysk bondgård komplett med de ursprungliga, tjocka kalkstenens väggar och till och med den ursprungliga rotkällaren där pionjärerna stannade under faror. På Ava Haus välkomnar vi hela familjen med barn och husdjur.

Varje gästhus har en TV med satellit, Wi-Fi, kylskåp som alltid är fyllt med yoghurt, juice och vatten. I pentryn finns kaffe, te och ett urval av snacks. Mikrovågsugn per gästhus. Gästerna kan njuta av brädspel, grillgrillar och utforska de rikliga skälen.

Christmas get away

We wanted a nice quiet place to stay and this was it. The cabin was awesome and had great added touches. That were very much appreciated. Will definitely stay there again.

Rustically Excellent Stay at the Ava Haus Cabin!

One needs to see this property in-person as photos do not do it justice! Very quaint, rustic-feeling with all the amenities one needs. Patricia, our host, was very welcoming and communicative. I would not hesitate to recommend this property!

Hill Country get away.

Perfect little cabin for our stay. Loved the decor. Great location close to Fredericksburg. We made a short drive to Enchanted Rock for some walking with our dog Murphy. We enjoyed eating at some of the local restaurants, shopping, visiting the piano bar and wine tasting. We also took a short trip to Stonewall for the Peach Jamboree parade. Small town life!

Perfect Cabin for 2

We like the look and feel of a cabin and this one was perfect. Nice and clean. Close to town but still far enough not to be in the traffic of town. The breakfast items left were great. We really liked our stay.

Cozy cabin getaway

Thanksgiving weekend

We stayed for Thanksgiving weekend and had a wonderful time. The location is away from the crowds but so close that getting into the main area of Fredericksburg is easy. The space is adorable and kitschy and exactly what we needed for our first Thanksgiving without our kids. The place was immaculate. Couldn’t be happier with the choice to stay here.

Rainy weekend

Due to the weather staying at the cabin, talking about life and drinking wine was the best decision we have ever made. The property is really close to the Main Street which was very convenient especially to go out for food or wine. We loved it

My husband and I were in the area for a 1 night stay and this rental was perfect for us. It was clean, has a fridge and microwave, easy to get in and out of, and they had snacks for us! We recommend this rental.

Great Cabin for a Weekend Away

The cabin was very clean and comfortable for my husband and I. It’s located just outside of town, not too far away but far enough to get away from the hustle and bustle. My husband enjoyed easy access to country roads for his morning jog. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us!

Mom and Daughter getaway

Cozy and comfy cabin. Enjoyed having coffee on the front porch every morning . The only thing that is listed and we didn't find was the fireplace, which was a little disappointing. Overall, great stay.

Quaint Details and Texas Themed Appointments

Proximity to the town was great. The cabin was perfectly adorned and ready for a couple. From the fresh, blueberry muffins on the table to a few goodies in the refrigerator for breakfast - all the details were thought out. We saw a couple of deer, including a buck come next to our cabin.

Cute country cabin

We came to the cabin for a little getaway after a death in the family. It was clean and adorable. They had everything we needed including eggs, sausage, muffins, and snacks. Waiting for us . A very private cabin never saw anybody else around , definitely would go back again thank you so much wonderful stay.

Nice place, cozy. Well equipped with snacks and breakfast food. Close to town, but far enough to be away from the busyness. Clean. All was great. Only complaint would be some excess highway noise as not far from it. Would stay again!
