The experience with host was terrible. We did not get information where to get the keys until the day we left; we contacted Verbo for help, and was not useful as the "renting agency" , "Excelsior" does not really exist. Hard to find on the web and when we did no email or phone numbers.When we arrived at the apartment, after struggling to find the keys at a "laundromat", there was food in the refrigerator from the last tenant, rotting food in a garbage can in the second bedroom and no instructions on how to use the appliances or connect to the internet. We did get in touch with "Robin" (host or owner - unknow) and told where to find the instructions, buried under a several magazine under the TV.In short order, we found the microwave was broken and told Robin. No repair or replacement.The kitchen sink had a leak and the Owner/Host put a garbage can under the leak. Did not take long for it overflow and we lost the use of the kitchen for 3 days till a plumber came to fix.Then the dryer stopped working properly and advised Robin. No response, no repair.In one of the bathrooms there was a wire hanging over the sink from lighting element with no bulb and the sink had no drain cover so you looked down the drain each time you used the sink and there was practically no water flow from the sink.So, not a great experience.
