The location was fabulous, quiet street with lots to offer with cafes, shopping and grocery. The apartment was very functional, checking in was a breeze with the lady that greeted us. It had espresso and tea with enough for the week. Bed was comfortable with nice linens. I would highly recommend the place! Thank you for a great week.

Francois was a perfect host. Made sure our arrival went smoothly and even checked in on me when he heard I wasn’t feeling well. The apartment is spotless and so cozy and comfortable (excellent bed and bedding). There is a bit of a climb with your suitcases, but once you’re in and exploring Paris you don’t even notice. Helps work off the delicious food — particularly from the pastry shop right next door! I’ve never stayed in the 7th or visited Rue Cler. Now it’s one of my favorite streets and neighborhoods in Paris. The Eiffel Tower peaks out from everywhere and you are easy walking distance to so many of the city’s highlights. We loved our five day stay.

Terrific location with walking access to busses and trains. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and Musee D'Orsay. Rue Cler had cafe's and shops, right outside the door. Very clean and well worth the price!

Great stay in a fantastic location. The apartment was clean and convenient...exactly as described. Just outside the front door are all the best things about Paris...small bakeries, fruit stands, ice cream shops, restaurants, and more. Quick walk to the Eiffel Tower, Seine, Les Invalides, Rodin Museum...made this the perfect location to explore Paris.

Our stay at Rue Cler was perfect! The host accommodated our request for an earlier check-in so we were able to go right there from the airport. The host was waiting to give us keys and a tour when we arrived. The location was absolutely perfect. The street was lively with cafe’s and shops with a real local Parisian feel. Every day we walked out of the apartment right to an amazing cafe across the street for breakfast. The unit is tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with 3 adults. We did need to use the elevator and it worked perfectly and eliminated most of the stairs. I will mention that in order to use the elevator you do need to use a few stairs as well. I would highly recommend this rental!

Located on Rue Cler, it is an easy walk to the Eiffel Tower and the metro. On nights you don't want to go far, there are numerous restaurants just outside your door, all willing to welcome you in for a wonderful evening. From the metro station, just a 5-minute walk away, you have access to just about any area in Paris you want to visit. We also took the RER out to visit Rouen. Its location is ideal for your time in Paris..

The host was easy to communicate with and had someone meet us promptly. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location of this apartment is also fantastic - we didn't realize when we booked it just how great a spot it was. Lovely street with tons of food vendors, shops, and restaurants.

This apartment is in the perfect location of Rue Cler. The market and cafe lined street is just outside your door. The Eiffel Tower is a short walk away, and most other locations are within 45min walk or a short trip on the metro. We loved this location in Paris and will consider staying here again.

The host was nice and responsive. I received good communication before arrival. Overall, the apartment met our needs well. It was a little tight for the three of us, including the bathroom (although somewhat normal for Paris). The bed was comfortable and the location was great. Some of the amenities were not stocked as well as it could have been, but we enjoyed our stay.

The most beautiful stay in all of Paris! As an American, we truly felt like we had the perfect French/Parisian experience. First of all, the location is amazing! Rue Cler offers beautiful shops, fromageries, cafes, fresh markets, chocolates, and ice cream. We tried many of the restaurants... all delicious and reasonably priced. The apartment entrance is next to a chocolate shop. Yes, we bought chocolates there! They told us they were the oldest chocolate shop in all of Paris. Also, the Eiffel Tower is just a short walk. Next, Jean Francois was wonderful with communication. He even provided us with great tips and advice. Mrs. Elisabeth was amazing too! She welcomed us to Paris and we had a beautiful conversation. Great to practice my French. The apartment is quaint and uniquely French. Loved opening the windows to the corridor for a cool breeze. We had everything we needed. Especially loved the Nespresso machine for a morning jolt. Beds were very comfortable. Washing machine/dryer was nice to have. If you want that uniquely French experience, you must stay here. Merci beaucoup to Jean and Elisabeth!

Location was excellent. Arrival and departure was easy. Apartment was pretty quiet. The kitchen had everything though the cooktop was mini and there was no counter space so really hard to cook anything.

The location was perfect! So convenient to the metro, restaurants and grocery stores. Oh and a short walk to the Eiffel.The apartment was just the right size for 2 adults, with plenty of privacy. A family of 4 would be comfortable staying here too. I was a little concerned because I’m a 60 heavyset woman with bad knees and worried about the stairs. No worries! The elevator made it very easy to navigate the steps. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed. A Little hiccup meeting the person for check in but it’s Paris! Se la vie! Communicating with property owner was easy and he always replied quickly with answers to my questions. He even arranged airport transportation which was helpful. Can’t wait to go back again !
