Amazing Location!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. The pool and spa were fun for the kids to enjoy. Views of the ocean from the house were perfect ways to start and end our days. Our family loved using the trail to make the short walk down to the beach!

Excellent beach access, onsite pool got a lot of use, especially by our 6 grandkids, and safe and friendly neighborhood. Plus, a responsive site manager who quickly helped us with a few issues associated with a house that has a few "tired" conditions. We will rent this house again.

Beautiful spacious place to stay.

We had our family pictures photographed at Pacific Beach and so our family staying at the beach house ranged from us older grandparents all the way down to our twin 1year old grandsons. The view from the backyard patios was gorgeous….. the pool and spa added extra fun for the kids/grandkids…… the rooms were comfortable and well appointed. One of the best places that we have stayed as a family and an overall great bonding time.

Great location and lovely beach house

We didn't know much about the area before we came, we were just looking for a house close to the beach in the San Diego area. The location was wonderful with very cute restaurants in easy walking distance, especially for brunch. Great space to hang out both inside and out. Would love to come back to this area and this house next time we visit!

It was good! Can opener don’t really work! Only one teaspoon in the silverware!Check in was very easy! Loved our time in your beautiful home! Lots of space for us to relax and we really enjoyed your hot tub and pool!!

Great location

The house was in a great location and big enough for all of us. The pool heater needed to be fixed twice but was taken care of quickly. A few outlets didnt work but we worked around it.

Location, location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our wee long vacation staying here. The location was perfect to walk to the beach or local restaurants and shops. The pool and hot tub was enjoyed by all! We never felt cramped even though we had a large group staying there as the house is very spread out and plenty of room for sitting to eat meals. Whenever we had a question, the property manager was extremely prompt and their response.

Most fun ever

The stay was beyond expectations. The best host ever! Running toilet issue was resolved quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The beach was so close and the view was spectacular! Would recommend!

Wonderful home and great location!

We loved staying at this lovely home! I wish we would have gone to the beach more! The neighborhood is quiet and close to so many great restaurants and other amenities. The path to the beach was not stroller friendly (listing did not claim to be) and the house did not have AC, but we were just fine and I would definitely give 5 stars regardless! We plan to stay again next year and years to come! Many thanks to Gustavo (!!!) and to Jenny.

It’s big, it’s near the beach but it hasn’t been maintained since the day it was built. Outlets don’t work, exterior doors don’t lock, it’s falling apart. Owner should be ashamed.

Wonderful location with beautiful beach views!

This house was perfect for our annual family vacation. We’d wake up every morning with coffee on the deck while we watched surfers in the ocean. Getting to the beach was a breeze either by street or the back pathway. We used the pool and hot tub everyday! The host was very responsive to our questions and addressed a couple minor issues with the pool quickly. The house was large and slept 11 people comfortably. We’d definitely rent again next time our adventures take us to San Diego!

Wonderful family getaway

We really enjoyed the location, so close to a beach that was good for the little kids and also for the bigger kids. The sunsets off of the cliffs was absolutely amazing every night. We loved having three floors to choose different bedroom configurations for the four families that came. Two families had littles. The only thing that could be better- needed more toilet paper, paper towels, and some extra towels for showers would’ve been nice. We ran out of toilet paper three days from the end of a weeks vacation and Gustav (the manager) was very attentive and got it to us as soon as you could.

Family Vacation for 12

The home is perfectly located on the northern side of Pacific Beach. Quiet neighborhood walking distance to all the restaurants, bars and shopping on Mission Blvd. 5 to 7 minute walk on the gorgeous beach to the pier. Home had all the amenities. Plenty of space for our party of 12 - Private and secure property. Pool and hot tub overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Stunning views without the “frontal” fees. Host and property manager attentive and kind. Will definitely return to this home again. Well worth it.

San Diego Family Vacation

Overall it was great. A few upgrades indoor & outdoor furniture. Appliances are top shelf but need a repair on stove top and refrigerator freezer. Kitchen is well equipped. Our biggest suggestion would be for the house to be air conditioned for the summer months even portable units. It was very hot even with windows and doors open.The host & manager were both responsive and very nice. I would recommend staying here for a family vacation. There’s something for everyone and the location is amazing.

Great house, great location, great views

The house is located in the pacific beach neighborhood of San Diego, which is very quaint and walkable. The beach is minutes away and the back deck provides a view of it. The house is on 3 levels with the 2nd level being the main living area. The kitchen is spacious along with the eating/living/TV viewing area. The upper patio has lots of space, a view of the ocean and pool. The 2nd level also has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The upper level has the master bedroom with a patio, large bathroom and closet. It also connects to a baby's room with crib. Down a hallway is another bedroom with bunk beds set up for children complete with some toys, books and a TV. Downstais is the entry, laundry room, another living room, bathroom and bedroom. The bedroom has a queen bed along with bunk beds in it.

Exactly what we were looking for

An amazing house in an amazing location. Just what we wanted.The location was perfect. Sometimes these beach houses are literally right next to the beach and are a bit too close for my taste (especially with small children). Often, houses are listed as beach properties but require a long enough walk that it isn't feasible to get a family with small children to the beach without a car. This place had as much privacy as you could want and had a private path to the beach that only took two or three minutes. We were able to get three cars in the parking space (although that required a bit of squeezing).I stayed here for five days with my family (wife and two kids), my parents, and my two siblings along with their spouses and kids. In total, we had four adult couples and six kids (ages ranging from four to thirteen years old). All four of the couples had their own room (two of us shared a bathroom) and the kids either slept on the bunkbeds (two sets making four beds) or on the couches. With three flors and plenty of floor space, we never felt like we were on top of each other.Although it didn't impact our experience, I will say that parts of the house are a bit old, so you want to stay somewhere that feels new and modern, this probably won't fit your preferences. We loved the vibe.

Fantastic Stay

I live in San Diego and my parents and sister/brother in law and 3 nephews visited for the week of thanksgiving. We did A LOT of sleuthing and debating on what place to rent and we settled on this spot in PB because of size and location. the house exceeded our expectations in many ways. For the square footage and location, I don’t think you can find much better in San Diego. We Loved the pool and spa (had it heated for the week) and the short walk to the beach. Tons of space, master suite level has 2 bonus rooms (one w crib one w bunks). 2 large TV rooms, amazing balcony w a table large enough for our family of 9 to eat thanksgiving dinner on. Parking is tight but manageable. Basketball hoop was a bonus. Tons of beach toys and beach towels. House is older but everything worked fine for us. It’s not a brand new house but everything looked nice and felt comfortable. Gustavo called us when we checked in to tell us anything in the house was ours to use. I texted home once to let him know a plant blew over in the wind, but other than that, we didn’t need to be interacting w the owner. I thought the picture didn’t do it justice, sunsets were amazing. My very particular sister had us buy back up sheets and pillows but we didn’t need them. Everything felt really clean. House had directTV. French Gourmet for breakfast baked goods, Oscars for carry out tacos. Nephews loved Pizza Pal. And we hit up Java earth coffee a bunch. I want to go back, hope the house is available next time they visit!
