Our two-bedroom lower apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with a flat screen TV and stay cool with central air conditioning. We provide free Wi-Fi, a backyard patio for those summer nights and street parking. Only a 10-minute drive to the Buffalo Bills stadium and 10 minutes from downtown Buffalo. For those planning a trip to Niagara Falls, it's just a 30-minute drive away. Explore the neighborhood with its park, cafe/coffee shops, and dining options, all within walking distance.

Great holiday week stay!

Loved this property! It’s an older building, like all are in South Buffalo, but the charm was amazing and the size was perfect for my wife and I. Plenty of street parking and friendly neighbors upstairs. Would stay again!!

Accommodations Near Buffalo Bills Stadium

Was as advertised. Attentive host. Good distance to stadium if you are headed to Buffalo for football. Clean place and well stocked for your trip away from home.

Perfect for a quick Bills game

Salem Rental Review

2 items were needing attention: - mattresses need to be replaced on both beds - cooking pans with black Teflon-like lining all badly scratched and need to be replaced. Everything else about the apt. was maintained well and it was nice having a washer/drier in the basement.

Enjoyable stay

Well-maintained for an older building, we were comfortable, and location wasn’t too bad for where we needed to go during our stay. Nice, quiet neighborhood also. There was a slight centipede presence in one of the bedroom closets, but did not bother us other than being noticed, and we didn’t use that closet at all anyway. Overall a pretty pleasant stay

S. Buffalo Weekend Stay

We had a very quick stay. Everything was great. Plenty of utensils and supplies in the kitchen. Very quiet street. Parking was not an issue with an F150. Only 10-15 minutes from the center of Buffalo and Highmark Stadium and 25-30 away from Niagara Falls. Great spot to stay for a weekend in Buffalo.

Memorable experience!

We traveled from Northern California to watch a Buffalo Bills game. The place was just as advertised, clean and comfortable for our family. Owner was extremely helpful and accommodating! Thank you very much Brian for ALL that you did for us!!!

Buffalo

My sister and I enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The home is old and has all the charm of the era when it was built. The neighbors were quiet and friendly. For those of you not familiar with parking in Buffalo. You are allowed to park on one side of the street only and that side is dependent on the day of the week. The street fills up pretty fast so be prepared to find a parking spot. If I return to Buffalo I would stay here again. Much more comfortable than a hotel and I can't get the theme song to All In The Family out of my head.

Great stay! Very comfortable!!

Apartment as described. Very comfortable. Very quiet and clean neighborhood. Great restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed our visit as though we were at home. Brian did a courtesy check in to see if there were any questions. There were none. We will consider staying again in the future. You go ahead and book today!!
