Overall, this place is great! It's within walking distance of the stadium, and the house/neighborhood is great for families! The house was clean and well-appointed. It has only one bathroom, so if you are staying with a large group or teen/tween girls, plan accordingly. :) I would definitely stay here again!

This house was perfect with our girl's trip destination. We are very excited about the destination bc it was across from the Bill's stadium and we were able to experience the Bill's crowds for the home opener game. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen was updated, and we loved the fenced in backyard for our morning coffee. The neighborhood is quiet and we were able to get in lots of walks too. Appliances were great, bathroom was great, and the house had everything we needed. While in town we were able to get to East Aurora, South Buffalo, Downtown Buffalo, and see Niagara Falls. Overall, we left feeling relaxed and enjoyed making memories in WNY with friends. I hope to stay here again!

Our stay in the Buffalo house was beautiful. Situated on a quiet street you are very close to the main roads and most importantly the Bills stadium. The house is stocked with staple supplies and is perfect for a family looking for a getaway or a group looking to be within walking distance from stadium. Definitely would stay again next time we visit the Buffalo area.

Great location and nice accommodations

We loved this property. It was easy to find and check-in, close to the stadium (Go Bills!) and a Tim Horton’s, had a cozy backyard with a playset, and comfortable accommodations. We loved that the hosts provided some creamers in the fridge too. We would definitely come back!

We have stayed at several VRBO's and this home far surpassed our expectations. Very well appointed, clean, included starter coffee pods and other various essential kitchen items, backyard was great for our grandson and the park at the local school was amazing as well. Heather was great to work with and very responsive as well. Thanks for hosting us and we look forward to future visits.
