Updated and really pretty. Both bathrooms were nice. Very quiet area except for the cows mooing every once in a while!. It had all items we needed. We enjoyed our stay there.

Beautiful place very clean. Lots of space and the surrounding countryside was perfect for relaxing and enjoying family time. It is also close enough to town to enjoy everything Cookeville has to offer. I will definitely be staying again.

Iris cottage was absolutely amazing! Very very clean with all the amenities needed. Loved the fact that it was so quiet and you could hear the bellowing of cows. We loved sitting outside and enjoying the foliage as well. So much better then staying at a hotel. We will be back if there is ever another need to be in Cookeville.

What a beautiful and well maintained property! Loved the peaceful country setting!Unfortunately, we didn't have time to use the rec room downstairs but loved the set up!This property is definitely on our top list to rebook when we come back for our annual deer hunt!

We travel to Tennessee every year to see family and friends. Our usual spot was booked and not in the best location since people have moved. We booked here and it was perfect! Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. Having the basement area was like having a second location. Perfect for us since we have little ones who go to bed early and we were up late with friends.

Amazing!

My family and I have stayed at this property 4 times now and we always enjoy our stay. The owners are kind and the house is clean and well stocked with all essentials. We stay here everytime we visit our family in Cookville, we jokingly consider it our summer vacation home lol!

This place was absolutely gorgeous. I enjoyed the little hand touches from sweet treats to good smelling sheets. The house was one of the cleanest I have been in. We will definitely stay again!

So charming and relaxing

The Iris Cottage was so lovely and so charming. My mom and I enjoyed our stay so much. We enjoyed sitting outside watching the cattle. It was so relaxing there we didn’t want to leave. Thank for sharing your beautiful home.
