Well appointed home in ideal location, close to downtown Cookeville. Lovely home with large rooms in quiet neighborhood. Mattresses seemed new and were extremely firm, almost too much so for many in our party.

This was a comfy, quiet stay for our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids under 10 years old). The next-door neighbors have an outdoor play structure that was hard to keep my kids away from (assume they do not want the liability) but would be cool if the property have something similar of it's own (again, if liability allows). We saw a doe with two fawns right outside the windows. Lovely place!

Front steps are very narrow with no hand rails. Use caution when carrying supplies and or luggage in or especially out of this property! One of our party was injured on check out because of the narrow steps. She was standing in the top step to hold open the screen door while tapping in the checkout code. Her foot slipped off the step in the awkward position and fell. I notified management to make them aware of potential liability risk. Hopefully they will address it with the owner
