Quick and easy access from the Nancy Strasbourg axis at 11 minutes.
Lunéville and its castle are 15 minutes away, Nancy and Place Stanislas 35 minutes away.
All shops (bakery, pharmacy, mini-market...) 7 minutes away in Gerbéviller.
You are also close to the Vosges, Charmes at 25 minutes, Epinal at 45 minutes and the Hautes Vosges at 1 hour.

Possibilities of walks from the cottage to nearby forests. Common entrance then independent access upstairs.
