Lyle and Taylor are great hosts. I stay at their properties often when I am visiting the area. The location is great, close to shopping. The accommodations are spacious and nicely decorated. Great place to stay if you want more room than a typical hotel.

Great Stay

Great Location

Great quiet location convenient to both Bourbonnais and Bradley. Nicely surprised that this is actually a townhome, not just an apartment (one of four units on one level). Well-stocked kitchen, good and large for gathering. Convenient access to host. Definitely worthwhile to stay here.

Close to ONU Campus

The stay was clean, close to Olivet University and comfortable. Though we were not aware it was a unit in a building (versus a small home), all worked out well and communication for one concern (outdoor) was quickly responded to. Interior was as pictured, and coffee pods provided enjoyed.

Excellent accommodations

We greatly enjoyed this accommodation for our stay for Celebrate Life at Olivet. The details went above and beyond our expectations and we felt at home there. An extra benefit was no stairs! Our favorite feature was the washer and dryer! I have a mold allergy and this made our stay so much easier. I had no breathing issues there!

Another great trip to visit family

We stayed in this owner's other unit in the same complex last year, and had expectation that the layout/setup would be similar and we were not disappointed. This is a good space for the 4 people in our party. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and I appreciated the tower fan and white noise machine in each room. There are power straps that accept USB around the house and plenty pf options for my teen to watch TV. The area is quiet with close access to all parts of town and the interstate. We had a minor concern during our stay and the owner responded to and resolved it within a couple of hours. Will look for these units next time we visit.

One of the best out there!

One of the best short-term rentals. The owners are responsive to communications. The unit interior is exactly as-pictured. The mattresses, linens, and pillows are top notch. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware, cooking utensils, glasses, flatware, and silverware. The unit includes a Keurig with coffee stocked by the owners. The wi-fi was good and the television was well-equipped with a cable TV package. What makes it one of the best is the little touches: white-noise machines & fans in the bedrooms. Power strips at each outlet supplying the desk, end tables, and nightstands. Reminder notes in each room on the wifi network and password. We've stayed in this unit twice for family reunions and will stay again!
