Beautiful apartment in one of the most sought after areas of Riviera del Sol. The apartment is LESS THAN TWO MINUTES WALK FROM THE BEACH!
The property comprises a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace with dining table and chairs and sea view! However, the highlight of this apartment is its amazing location IN FRONT OF THE BEACH. There is a large swimming pool reserved for guests of this small complex. There is also a tennis court and a padel court. The gate from the private gardens leads directly to the beautiful sandy beach. Located a few meters from the famous and very elegant Max Beach , near Cabopino and Marbella.
There are many chiringuitos within walking distance. Clients who visit return again and again to enjoy the spectacular position of this wonderful apartment. The rural flavor and coastal lifestyle are two of Calahonda's most appealing features, as although the area is developed, its founder loved green spaces, large plots and the confines of apartment buildings. Thus, the region developed in a generally peaceful and rustic way. While the vast majority of Calahonda's 600,000 square meters is given over to villas, townhouses and space for four golf courses, selected areas have been dedicated to providing residents with every conceivable amenity. There are therefore three shopping centers which house most of the development's 45 restaurants, cafeterias and pubs as well as seven banks, several supermarkets and a wide variety of other businesses including: hardware, furniture, garden supplies, travel agencies, car rental, auto repair, property management and much more. Sports are easily integrated into a Calahonda lifestyle. For starters, there are a total of 10 golf courses within a 10 kilometer radius of this urbanization, which also has its own port, Cabopino. And, having its own slice of coastline, also highlights a wide range of water sports. Tennis courts and a fitness center are also available to residents. Health care needs are met by a pharmacy and three medical centers, offering round-the-clock service. Additionally, the state-funded Costa del Sol Hospital is well known as the state-of-the-art medical facility from the coast and is a few minutes from Calahonda.
Air conditioning is available free of charge in the living room only. However, all the rooms are on one level and lead directly to the bedrooms.
There is a refundable cleaning/damage deposit of 300 euros.
If you have rented your unit on a monthly basis, please remember that monthly rentals will include electricity up to a limit. If you exceed the agreed limit you will be charged for the additional electricity. Electricity is charged at 0.35 euros per unit/kw.
