The beach is so close, you can pick up takeout from The Back Porch and enjoy it right on the sand! Beyond the beach, guests can take in 18 holes at the Emerald Bay Golf Club, just over four miles away. Henderson Beach State Park offers clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch!) just over one miles from the condo. Gator Beach, just over one mile from the condo, hosts free shows and exhibitions featuring one of Florida's most famous animals, including a rare albino alligator.

Very Nice Place

The view of the ocean is fantastic! The pool was wonderful and it is very close to restaurants including "The Back Porch" of which is within walking distance.

Beautiful condo!

The view was perfect…and the balcony was way larger than anywhere we’ve stayed. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. We’ll definitely stay there again!

Sterling Shores.

I lived the condo and the grounds. We have stayed here three times. This time however the elevators were broken. They had three elevators amd only one was working. We had to wait sometimes 30 minutes to get one.

Poor management company

Condo was wonderful … owners spent a lot of thoughtful time and money in making this unit beautiful. The management company lets the owners down. During our stay, only one of the elevators worked.. resulting in 30-50 waits to get to the condo. Climbing the stairs was not an option due to recent open heart surgery. The condo smelled of the last renters … apparently bacon was their last meal. Called the management company and asked for something to get rid of the overpowering bacon smell.. request was ignored.. so went to the local grocery store and bought an odor disinfectant. Master bath had mold in the shower… informed management.. never heard back. Overall a beautiful condo.. the owners are poorly served by he management company.

Very clean unit, convenient location. Beach access is great. Large on property pool is NOT heated. The smaller pool across the street is heated.

Excellent!!

This home is beautiful, the grounds immaculate and the view killer! We had an issue with the shower in the guest room, but communication with Vacasa was easy and it was fixed the same day. Vacasa even reimbursed me for waiting on the caretaker, so I definitely recommend this place!!

Beautiful Condo!

My family really enjoyed the condo. Great location! The pool was perfect. We were taking our baby for the first trip to the beach and were so comfortable. The condo had everything thing we needed. Very spacious. Comfortable beds and 2 kings! Hard to find. The outdoor patio was huge and had very nice patio furniture to hangout while the baby napped. Our entire family was very impressed. Even a large comfy couch for family movie nights. Will stay again! Highly recommended.

Go ahead and book it

This was the perfect location for us in the past we stayed at Sandestin Resorts but this was much better. The condo was just as it was advertised on the website. The view from the Balcony was absolutely everything for me as I Love sitting outdoors at night for a night cap while listening to the calming water. I had some unexpected business to come up and had left my laptop at home. I went to the main office to ask if I could possibly use their printer and scanner as I just needed to print a form, sign it and scan it back in and was told that I could not. That was disappointing to me we were told there was a UPS up the street. I thought the receptionist could have shown a little compassion but that wasn't the case. Other than that my vacation was very nice and enjoyable.

Outstanding!

Our stay at unit #714 was outstanding. The decor was current, appliances were new and the bed was comfy. The views of the gulf from the balcony were phenomenal. Sterling Shores is as close as you will get to a resort in Destin. The private beach is a short walk away, and the pool areas are top notch. Thanks to the Sueltz family for hosting us!

Beautiful View!

The condo was beautifully decorated, comfortable beds. The view from the balcony was amazing. So nice to have access to a pool plus a short walk to the beach. The property management team were helpful and friendly. It was hard to leave!!!
