Step inside to find a bright, open floor plan on the main living floor, perfect for spending time together. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and plenty of counter space for meal prep. A dine-on countertop and a formal cottage dining table provide ample seating for your group, while the cozy living room, complete with a queen sleeper sofa and a large TV, offers the perfect spot for crashing after a day at the beach. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and easy access to the shared full bathroom off the hallway. The third bedroom is a cozy space with a twin bed and a full bed and easy access to the shared hallway bathroom.

If, after a day on the beach, you would rather rinse off all the sand in a warm shower instead of the convenient outdoor shower, there is an additional full bathroom with a walk-in shower on the home's ground level right off the grilling area. If, during your stay, you are lucky enough to catch one of Tybee's many parades, this home sits right on most of the parade routes, giving you a front-row seat to iconic island parades like the Tybee Pirate Festival in October.
