Less than 3 miles from Disney, this recently built vacation home situates with Pool and Grill located in one of the most prestigious resorts, the 5 Winsor West Resort with 7/24 security and free use of gym/sauna/computer/tennis/VB courts, Arcade, water park, kids play ground etc. This luxury and spacious 7 beds/5.5 baths home (8 TVs) is one of the finest accommodations you will find whilst staying in Florida. Shops, attractions and restaurants are also less than 1 mile away.

This is gated resort within 24 house security.

After the booking process is completed you will receive your personal access code via email 1-2 weeks before your arrival

The reservation is a self-accommodating booking. However, we provide basic starter essentials for your convenience. Please see the list of items below:

Grill Rentals
We have a recommended third-party rental company for our guests to rent grills from. Guests cannot purchase grills to bring to the home; they must be rented from an approved rental company.

Be sure to reach out to the third-party rental service for questions related to grill use and delivery. We do not have access to their orders and cannot confirm deliveries.

Should you choose to order a grill, it will be dropped off outside of the pool cage.

Excellent Property

This property was exactly as pictured and described. We will definitely be returning to this property in the future, as the house was perfect for our family and super clean. Blue Sky Villas (Janet) was extremely easy to communicate with and always responded promptly! Thank you again!

Nice place

The property was described well and the pictures are accurate The resort had an awesome community area with pool, park and many amenities. The condo has plenty of pool toys in the storage closet for use at resort and the attached pool. The place is very close to food, gas and of course the Disney Parks. No better way to enjoy all there is for this price. Centrally located to access beaches on both coasts. Definitely a "stay again" property.

Great house.

House was just like in the pictures. Great setup for our family. Very clean. Great beds. Loved the games in the garage. The air hockey didn’t work upon arrival but the staff was on it right away. Janet was fast to respond and a please to work with! Only negative was the hot tub rarely got hot because of the cool temperatures in Florida. If the temp gets below 60, the hot tub doesn’t heat.

I'm a mother of two children. We live in New York and recently bought a vacation house in Orlando. During the year of not living in Orlando I decide to rent it out to family with kids to have a home fully equipped with kids facilities and supplies to make family vacation easier and more relax. I hope my guest will take good care of my house and coming back year to year.

My home is newly built 2020. I have hired designer to design the house and customize all the furniture for me. We have different theme rooms, kids game rooms, pool, Jacuzzi and fully equipped kitchen because I love cooking and baking. To help family with kids we have portable cribs, high chairs, strollers and kids bath tub. Everything is brand new.

The resort community center has water park, lazy river with tubes already, arcade, gym, tennis court, volleyball court, football court, kids play ground, louge and bar, kids recreation center for FREE ACCESS of my guest
