Beautiful 35 m2 apartment near the Seine, close to the BEAUGRENELLE district (shopping center and Statue of Liberty) and the Saint Charles shopping street.

The place is only 20min walk from the EIFFEL Tower

The accommodation is located on the 7th and last floor (with elevator) with only 1 other accommodation on the same landing, the apartment is therefore quiet and bright, will be perfect for a relaxing stay.

Great place!

The location is very close to the eiffel tower and the host is super friendly and easy to communicate with! The place was clean and has a sofa bed too. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect stay in Paris

The apartment is at a great location, safe neighborhood with many restaurants and shops nearby. I am so grateful that the apartment was clean and tidy and it had everything to be comfortable during our 5 day stay. The bed is surprisingly very comfortable as well. Thank you!

Absolutely wonderful stay

Charles was an absolutely superb guest for an absolutely superb property. The building was safe, clean, and easily accessible. The apartment itself was very clean and had wonderful bright lighting. I enjoyed cooking dinner many evenings there with the windows open and the sunlight streaming in. Bathroom was modern and well furnished with great shower pressure. Having a washer and dishwasher were added bonuses. Charles was a great host. He was available whenever I had questions, and kindly allowed me to stay for longer when my flight out of Paris was cancelled. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great location, clean and spacious apartment!

Communication with Charles was great! Anytime I had any questions he answered immediately. The metro is just a 5 minute walk away and is very convenient to get around the city. The effiel tower is a 10 minute walk away and you can see it sparkle through the window. As two young females we felt pretty safe in the neighborhood but of course always be aware of your surroundings at night. The apartment was equipped with shampoo and body wash, as well as coffee and small snacks which was incredibly helpful after a long day of traveling. The couch also conveniently pulls out into a bed which is really nice if you have 4 people staying. It was even nice for two people to have separate places to sleep (but the bed was more than enough for two people). There’s also a two in one washer and dryer which is great and very useful for longer stays if you need to wash some clothes. It is also equipped with a mini fridge, all the cooking utensils you need. Plenty of Grocery stores around if you want to cook from home. Felt like a home away from home. Overall great stay and I would highly recommend staying here.
