Nestled just 5 miles from London Bridge, come enjoy the beautiful views of the lake and mountains on a quiet street that backs up to a wash. Whether your BBQing with your family, enjoying the gorgeous pool & spa, admiring the beautiful sunsets or just watching a movie inside, their are NO bad days here!
THE SPACE
-INSIDE LIVING-
Includes fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker and coffee supplied. 4 flat screen smart TV's throughout the living room and 3 bedrooms. Free WiFi, linens, towels, complimentary toiletries supplied. Central air conditioning and heat, reverse osmosis system along with ceiling fans in all rooms.

Included covered patio with ceiling fans and lighting, outdoor dining table and patio set, gas BBQ grill with propane tank provided. Stunning swimming pool with Baja Shelf, Spa with jets, waterfall pool features along with pool and spa lights.

***Pool & Spa can be heated for an additional fee***
***RV/Boat parking behind a gate on the side of the house or in the driveway***

*Quiet Time Hours are from 10pm-8am (Lake Havasu Noise Ordinance Law)

*Tenant Occupancy List is required with everyone's names and ages - These are the only people allowed to spend the night during the reservation.
*Your Safety Matters - Camera's are located around the exterior of the house (Front door, back yard and over our pool equipment on the side of the house).
