We had a wonderful time at this property, everything was very clean and well cared for. The kitchen was fully stocked with every kind of gadget you could need. The outdoor area was private and there were plenty of different sitting areas. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and added to the relaxing atmosphere. All of the rooms were wonderfully furnished and decorated. The house is on a quiet side street away from any noise but close to anything you could need.

One of the very best!

I have rented many homes for vacations and this home places in the top 3! It’s everything it’s advertised and pictured to be! The most equipped home I have ever rented. The owners were top notch and communication was great! The beds were so comfortable and perfect amount of space for 6 of us. We will be back!!!

Mann-Fam reunion

The house was beautiful and very clean. We had a wonderful time. The pool area is excellent for hanging out. We did not want for anything, the house has everything you could possibly need. Tina and John were excellent communicators. The next time we are in Lake Havasu, we would definitely book with them again.

Perfect house, great space to entertain outdoors

Communication with John and Tina was easy. The house was very clean, comfortable and well maintained They have everything you need to start enjoying your vacation. Welcome tray was a nice touch and made us feel welcome. Our only complaint (which was explained by phone with Tina) was there is an additional fee to heat the spa and pool and we were not aware of the fee until after booking. That being said, the outdoor space was amazing. Pool, spa, firepit, grill and lots of seating. Perfect space to enjoy the outdoors. The four adults renting the house would stay here again.
