Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry the hot tub was unavailable, especially since it was an important part of your decision to book 2215 Seacrest. The hot tub is managed by the Seacrest building management, and we did report the issue to the appropriate team so it could be addressed. We’re glad we were able to assist with the door code issue during your stay. The pantry mentioned in the review is an owner’s closet used for personal items and is not intended for guest access. We also would have been happy to provide a broom or vacuum had we known one was needed during your stay. We appreciate your feedback regarding the lighting and curtains as well and have shared these concerns with our team for review. We always want our guests to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we’re grateful you brought these items to our attention. Thank you again, Team host2coast

Thank you for the great review! We’re sorry the construction noise impacted your ability to enjoy the view and appreciate you letting us know. Glad the location worked well being right across from shops and restaurants. We’d love to host you again. Sunny regards, Faith with host2coast

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with the door code and pool access during your stay. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and are sorry we did not provide the smooth experience you expected.
