Welcome to the Ski Bum House! This family friendly house is situated right in the village of Ellicottville and is just a 7-minute walk to shops, restaurants and breweries. Ellicottville has plenty to do to keep you busy including Skiing, golfing, hiking, biking, shopping and eating at the various restaurants and breweries in town. Enjoy the year-round activities that Holiday Valley has to offer. We are located 1 mile from Holliday Valley Resort and less than two miles from HoliMont Ski Club.
This charming 4-bedroom house is perfect for family/ group gatherings, weddings, ski vacations or any special event weekends that Ellicottville hosts every year. You can enjoy our two spacious living rooms with flat screen TVs, perfect for movie nights after a long day of skiing. Or cozy on up next to the gas fireplace while playing one of the many board games we have provided. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, wet bar, coffee bar, large living room with fireplace, 9 beds including 1 king bed and a large secluded back yard. Minimum 30 day rental.

Winter Skiing

Great property right down the road from both the ski slopes and restaurants. Very attentive property manager. Whole family enjoyed. Definitely recommend this property.

Exactly what we were looking for!

We were so happy with our time spent here! I came with a group of girls for a bachelorette party and it was the perfect spot location wise and gigantic! There was no need to Uber anywhere because we were so close to everything and the house was so cute and had everything we needed! Dylan was also so easy to get ahold of and answered all my questions in a super timely matter. I would recommend this place to anyone needing somewhere that holds a group of people. 10/10!

Girls get away weekend!

I have nothing but rave reviews for our stay in Ellicottville. Dylan was extremely hospitable and thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The back room was an amazing spot for a large group of women to hang out comfortably, and the beds and linens were very comfortable. Everyone in the group was already talking about when we will be back!

Bachelorette Weekend!!!!

Dylan was wonderful! He was very responsive in getting back to me about questions! The house was more than expected, was wayyyy bigger than the pictures showed! Was very nice how the house was so close to in town, very short walk to everything! Definitely would recommend staying here to everyone!

Bach party

My friends and I stayed here for a bachelorette party. The downstairs living room was the perfect room to set up decorations and party! The bedrooms and amount of beds/bathrooms was convenient. Not to mention - walkable to downtown! This was the perfect house for us and we’ll remember our memories forever.
