This unit is in a Triplex home. We converted the bedrooms into an efficiency studio of about 16 x 16. The unit does not have access to the rest of the home. All units in the home have their own entrance and smart locks. This unit was design with a Minimalist style in mind - you will have all you need to be comfortable without the extra stuff and will save more than renting a full home.

The house is located in a historic and walkable neighborhood. We have many neighbors walking their dogs and working out at all times of the day. If you like to walk or run you can start from my house towards Emoriland Blvd, this is a beautiful colorful historic street. The neighbors are very pleasant, and you will find a neighborhood food pantry and library in front of one of the houses. You can walk 8 minutes and visit Roseanne Wolf Picnic Area. BACKYARD:
There is a fire pit in the yard and guests are welcome to use it. You can buy firewood at Lowes and Home Depot which are 8 minutes away.
LAUNDRY: The closest laundromat is 1 minutes away, or you can ask for a referral code to get $10 off with Poplin, Pick up and Drop off laundry service.
SECURITY: Security cameras face the backyard and driveway parking space.

My property is located at a convenient location for travelers crossing Knoxville or guests who want to stay close to Downtown without paying Downtown prices! There are lots of convenience stores, restaurants, fast food, nail salons, and a Starbucks less than 5 minutes away. You can walk from the home to Rami's Cafe, Harry's Pizza, Shoney's Restaurant, Dollar General, and more.

A unique benefit of my home is that you are within walking distance to parks (8 - 15 minutes walking the closest), and most neighbors love to walk and exercise on Emoriland and Fairmont Blvd. The Fairmont Emoriland is a popular neighborhood. Originally developed in the 1920s, it provides residents with several outlets for outdoor activity, including Edgewood Park. Historic Fairmont Emoriland neighborhood is located in North Knoxville just minutes from downtown, with sidewalks for great walkability and beautiful trees and gardens. Another perk of staying in the Fairmont/Emoriland neighborhood is its proximity to Whittle Springs Golf Course, Knoxvilleâs first public golf course, and one of its most affordable. We are close to a 10 - 20 minute drive, to several outdoor activities, for example, mountain bike trails, hiking and walking trails, quarries for kayak, paddleboard, and swimming.
