Bear Meister is a beautifully serene and private cabin on 2 acres and a trail to a flowing stream. If you spend time relaxing on the wrap around deck, you will see deer in the evenings and early mornings as well as other wildlife. Wood floors, walls and ceilings throughout. Magnificent great room with soaring, vaulted ceiling, tons of windows and beautiful floor to ceiling, stacked stone wood burning fireplace. A front door keypad is available 24 hours a day for guests convenience.
If you're planning a destination wedding, Cabin Bear Meister is only 1.2 miles to Riverpark Waterfront wedding venue, 2.5 miles to Densmore Farm, 6 miles to Sanctuary Estates, and only 7 miles to The Meadows at Mossy Creek and Cenita Winery wedding venues. A truly relaxing retreat for wine enthusiasts also looking to get away in the mountains of North Georgia!
The open floor plan also includes a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, and cool stone island with bar stools for extra seating. The kitchen is stocked with all of your cooking needs including a coffee maker, pots, pans, plate-ware, utensils, toaster, blender and even an Instapot and Breville panini sandwich press and grill. The cabin features a large screen LED SMART TV with live streaming and in the living area and a large stone wood-burning fireplace as a central feature for the living room with beautiful hand-crafted mountain laurel banisters and high ceilings with LOTS of natural light!
With all 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths on 3 separate levels - the master bedroom on the main floor has a custom king size wood/log bed, full bathroom with jetted Jacuzzi tub, double vanity with granite counter, and cozy two person tile shower! The main level porches on either side of Bear Meister offer the perfect transition from inside to outside, with the hot tub and 6 burner BBQ perfectly situated under cover. Upstairs is a queen log/wood bedroom with private bath and french doors that open to balcony.
The lower level includes a recreation room with ROKU Smart flat screen TV, pool table, 2 twin log/wood beds and lots of games for rainy, relaxing afternoons. There is also a queen log/wood bedroom on the lower level with a full bath and washer and dryer. Step out to the lower level patio and head down to the outdoor firepit for a crackling camp fire in the evening.
All ages will enjoy staying at Cabin Bear Meister and visiting the surrounding area. It's a short ride to the Bavarian village of Alpine Helen, with shops, restaurants, carriage rides, tubing, waterparks, and Georgia Mountain Coaster, the newest addition to Helen!
