Enjoy spectacular views and amazing sunsets in our beautiful new 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, four season, luxury family Lake Missaukee home. This new rental with upscale amenities including custom cabinetry, granite , and wood floors throughout the upstairs, two fireplaces, two refrigerators, and two microwaves are some of the other top of the line amenities. Main floor with open floor plan includes Master suite with attached bath including walk in tiled shower, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen with island, and large screen tv. Savor amazing lake views from the spacious tempered glass deck off the main dining area. Downstairs includes two bedrooms, large family room, full bath, fireplace, bar area, with refrigerator, microwave, and sink which leads to the beach by way of a stamped concrete patio.
Families will have access to a private sandy beach with 100 foot dock. The lake is clear with shallow water, sandy bottom, and gradual decline which is great for children. Delight in evening activities with fires in the brick firepit.

Amazing

This was our first time staying at this house, but we have been to this area many times. We could not have had a better experience and will most certainly be coming back to this home. The home was amazing, furnished beautifully and with everything you might need and more! My kids loved the beach and playing in the lake. The location is fantastic! We walked into town for a morning coffee and pastry and road our bikes for the biggest ice cream in the north in late afternoon. Tim and Tracey were wonderful and super helpful!

A new family tradition

Our second year here and it did not disappoint We absolutely love the area and the home The owners go above and beyond with communication They even had a welcome sign set up inside with fresh bread from the local bakery To say we were blown away once again is an understatement A family tradition has been started and it’s all thanks to these lovely people and their home

Beautiful Lake House

Stayed here a week with 5 adults. The house is beautiful, clean, and has everything you need. The lake is amazing and was not busy when we were there in mid August. I would stay here again!

Modern decor, all furnishings supplied

Spent the week on the lake with grandparents. Property is awesome! Great view and great amenities. Hosts made place very prepared for visit and helped with boat situation. Close enough to traverse city to make a day of. Secluded neighborhood can walk and neighbors all friendly and helpful.

Perfect summer getaway!

We had a wonderful time at Lake Missaukee. The house is beautiful inside and out. It was stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing week. The beach is sandy and the water was perfect-my kids were able to walk out ~200 yards into the water. The hosts were very responsive to the few questions we had during our stay. The neighbors were very friendly. We enjoyed visiting the town with restaurants and an ice cream shop! I would recommend this property to anyone looking to get away with family and friends!

Wonderful!

This was our first vacation to Michigan and it did not disappoint. The house was better than the pictures portrayed! It had the perfect amount of room for 5 adults, one 13 year old and a 4 month old. The house is well appointed and we wanted for nothing except maybe more sunshine and less clouds! There are many outside areas to enjoy, as well as the kayaks, corn hole and cards that we enjoyed. The water is clear and I could see the bottom easily when I walked out to the end of the longest neighboring pier. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation. It is close enough to Traverse City and Mackinac Island to drive and enjoy those also. There are a couple of good restaurants right in Lake City and a great ice cream shop and a bakery! We could not ask for anything more and neither will you! Also the best cherries I have ever tasted!

Beautiful lake home!

Our Fall getaway stay at this lakeside home was wonderful! We had plenty of room for all 7 of us. The accommodations were more than we had imagined with great furnishings and fully stocked kitchen and a kitchenette downstairs. The owners are very quick to answer any questions and communication was excellent! Our group of friends would definitely love to rent this place again!

Fabulous sandy getaway in a luxury lake home

Our family of 4 plus 2 friends stayed a week at this lake house, and from the moment we walked in the door we were blown away. The photos of the house don't do it justice -- it's gorgeous, updated, super clean, and has a perfect view of the lake during the day, at sunset, and under a blanket of stars. The house has ALL the amenities to give you the comforts of home with plenty of space for the 6 of us. We had a wonderful time on and off the lake, whether it was watching sunsets, swimming, kayaking, boating, fishing, playing corn hole & ladder golf on the sand, making s'mores over the bonfire, playing cards, or even just drinking morning coffee by the water. There was plenty to do to keep our teenage boys entertained. The BBQ & Mexican restaurants in town had great food for the days we didn't want to cook. The owners, Tim and Tracey, are so accommodating and responsive! And the neighbors are all so friendly and welcoming. This was the perfect retreat and we will definitely be back!

Lake Vacation

This property was lovely and clean. The hosts provided every convenience for a family vacation. We enjoyed the beach and lake with our 16-22 yo kids. Fishing, kayaking, boating, and just watching the lake were highlights. We look forward to a return stay. We highly recommend this property.

Summer Bliss

We had a great time! This property was wonderful; great lake views, sunsets and sunrises, a nice sandy beach, shallow water for children, all the amenities one could hope for, plus some. Just a lovely lake house with spectacular views. All high end appointments and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Annual family vacation

This is our third summer vacation to Lake Missaukee. The house was beautiful and was perfect for our family of nine. We loved the sandy beach and the kids (ages 2-8) had a blast fishing from the dock and swimming in the clear, shallow water. The lower level was very nice with an additional kitchen/bar and living area. We also enjoyed using the fire pit on the beach. The location is great as it is very close to town. Excellent communication with the owners. We would definitely stay again.
