Take a look at this delightful beach front top floor remodeled two bedroom, two bathroom condo that sleeps six guests, Destin on the Gulf room 704.
When you enter the condo, the Kitchen will be on your right, with a Guest Bedroom and Guest Bathroom on your left. The Kitchen leaves no wants desired as it has full size appliances and all the pots, pans, dishware, and silverware needed to prepare your favorite meal.

The Guest Bedroom has an upgraded tv, and two Queen Beds, allowing your family to sleep soundly. The Guest Bathroom can be entered through the hallway and has a bathtub/shower combination.

Moving down the hall we come to the Dining Area, home to a circular dining table set for 5 guests. There is bar seating for two additional guests. The Living Room comes next as has upgraded tv, a couch, access to the balcony, and beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico thanks to the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors.

The Master Bed room Suite is next. This Suite comes with a King size bed, upgraded tv, double windows with views of the Gulf of Mexico, and its own private Bathroom. The Master Bathroom comes with a dual vanity and a bathtub/shower combination.

As perfect as the condo is on the inside, the true beauty remains on the balcony. The balcony is ever so slightly angled, allowing you to see the shoreline from the heart of Destin and beyond. From this balcony you can see dolphins and beach goers swimming, and you can smell the salt air as you gaze upon the powder white sands Destin is famous far. Oh, and the emerald green warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico: nothing short of extraordinary. Come to Destin on the Gulf 704 and your stay will not be long enough: you will be begging for more!...

Destin on the Gulf July 2024

Condo was great. Well stocked except for forks. We only had 4. A few measuring cups, spoons not available but enough I could make do when baking/cooking. Beds were comfy, couch comfy and big. Great week at the beach.

Highly recommend!

This was our best experience at a VRBO. Very clean, great location to many restaurants, beautiful balcony view from living room and master bedroom, beach service was great.

Amazing Stay!

Clean, beautiful unit with the best views. Each morning we watched the dolphins from the balcony and overall it is very quiet and family friendly atmosphere. We felt at home and enjoyed our time very much. *One note to others, make sure to print your visitor parking pass before you leave home. The office couldn't print it for us. Thank you for allowing us to stay. :)

Awesome location

We loved the condo and the location. The beach was beautiful and wasn’t crowded. The condo was the perfect size for the 5 of us. We appreciated that there was a washer and dryer and that the 2 chair and umbrella rental was included. The second bedroom could use some better lighting.

Nice condo

My husband and I came for a short visit. The condo was nice. I liked the fact that it had a washer and dryer. Having a balcony that is right off the gulf is nice. This unit is on the top floor. Has two elevators. Did not hear the neighbors much. The only bad thing was someone was smoking out on their balcony and we could smell it if we were sitting out on ours. It was cigarettes and marijuanna. I do not like the smell of that at all. I did try to call the number to tell someone. No-one would ever answer. Other than that, the stay was great. The condo was nice and convenient. We had plenty of towels and wash rags. Had pretty much everything we needed. The beach chairs and umbrella that is set up daily is a nice convenience as well. We had a relaxing time. Hope to return again someday.

The Perfect Getaway

My Boyfriend and I wanted a getaway to celebrate the Valentine's season and this was our first trip together :) We absolutely LOVED this space and have already recommended it to everyone we've shown. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful leading up to, during and after our stay. We will absolutely be back!!!

Excellent communication throughout the process. The unit was updated, nicely furnished and clean. Have stayed at DOG many times over the last 35 years, but not recently. But we will be back.

Great Location

Nice location great condo. easy access to beach and not super crowded. We went end of May so because pool wasn't heated water was extremely cold. Would stay here again.

Perfect!

We absolutely loved this property! We come to Destin at least once a year and this location is perfect! It is slightly off the busy main strip so the beaches weren’t crowded and it had much less traffic than other areas. The kids loved it also! We will definitely be returning to this property next time!

Short stay in paradise

The condo was perfect. Location was great, morning coffee in the balcony watching the sun rise and the dolphins was a highlight. The daily beach chairs and umbrella were a definite plus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Excellent coffee shop within walking distance was great also, Capriccios. We are from Michigan and it was everything we wanted it to be. The weather could have been better but still wonderful.

Beautiful condo, perfect location …

The only negative remark … we thought beach chairs would be available, (“free beach service”) but they were not, and there was no one there to inquire as to where we could find them. Also, we couldn’t find the main kitchen light switch. (For future visitors, the master bedroom nightstand near the window, does not work.) Agent Andrew could have been nicer and more respectful when we called asking for our checkin information (codes). He assumed we got that information by email, but we did not. We wouldn’t have needed to call if we received the information. We definitely recommend this particular unit to everyone. It was beautiful. Classy! Thank you very much. Bob Alan

Beautiful Condo

We stayed for 7 nights in this condo and it was very nice. The furnishings were lovely and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed to cook with. The views from the balcony were wonderful and we watched dolphins right out front daily. Also we enjoyed that the owner provided beach chairs for our stay, no hauling stuff to the beach each day. We will use this condo again next time we travel to Destin! Thank You for a great stay

Excellent!

This property is beyond beautiful. The condo was beautifully done and nicely decorated. We had immediate access to the beach and the views from the beach were breathtaking. Our contact Andrew was wonderful to work with and always responded promptly. Although there was mole construction going on during our stay, everything else made up for it. We will definitely vacation here again!
