Beachfront lägenhet med Free Beach Setup (2 stolar / 1 paraply) ingår

Shoreline Towers är en vacker fastighet som består av tre höga byggnader. Vår enhet är på 11: e våningen i byggnad # 1 och har en vacker utsikt över viken. Om du aldrig lämnade lägenheten skulle du ha haft en vilsam semester bara njuta av det vackra smaragdgröna vattnet i motsats till de vita vita stränderna medan du njuter av den färgglada syn på paraplyer och stolar som pricker stranden direkt från vår enhet. Vår lägenhet har en inomhus balkong som har skjutdörrar som öppnar för att se och höra vågorna. Utsikten över vattnet är AMAZING!

Vi erbjuder nu en fri strand setup (2 stolar och ett paraply) som anges för dig varje morgon under säsongen (1 mars-31 oktober). Alla älskar det här!

En del av vår enhet är i toskansk stil med vackra rika färger av tegelröd, chokladbruna och kricka. Köket har vackra bänkskivor i granit och är utrustad med alla nödvändiga matlagningar. Den har ett kylskåp, mikrovågsugn, ugn, diskmaskin, under skåpbelysningen, liksom tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Sovrummen är utrustade med en king size-säng i master och två sängar i det andra sovrummet. Båda sovrummen har utsikt över vattnet. Dessa lägenheter är laddad med många inbyggda ins i både sovrum och kök-gott om förvaring och ingen byrå för att ta upp värdefullt utrymme. Den stora master bad duschkabin har ett säte. Det finns två stora garderober i Master Suite. Det andra badrummet har dusch / badkar i kombination. Det finns 32 "platt-TV i varje sovrum samt en 50" platt-TV i vardagsrummet. Vardagsrummet har en kystföremål med hints av blått och en ny krämfärgad lädersoffa och kärlekssits. Vår lägenhet har alla bekvämligheter i ett hem!

Beläget i hjärtat av Destin, du är bara några minuter från några av de bästa attraktionerna och äventyr av Florida Panhandle att inte tala om den tillfälliga eller fina middagar och läckra skaldjursrestauranger. Water äventyr, avkopplande kryssningar och Dolphin Encounters på Gulfarium är bara några sätt att utforska det roliga i Gulf Coast. Detta är vår favorit destination!

Summer vacay

This is our second time staying at Luci's condo, and it does not disappoint! We have been staying at Shoreline Towers off and on for many years, and the upgrades and improvements to the condos and property are great. The condo has been nicely updated and clean. The kitchen is well appointed, appliances work and the primary bath is fantastic. We'll be staying here everytime we can.The only "nuisance" is not with the condo or Luci but with property management and the new gate situation. I get and appreciate the security but returning at night was a hassle. Several times no one answered the call for some time to let us in and traffic would back up. Maybe they can come up with a better way to handle this. Also, the cleaning service needs to leave more than one hand towel for a week's stay. We called and left a message with the office but no one returned our call nor brought more hand towels. Otherwise, everything was perfect.The guys with the beach setup are so nice and helpful. Please remember to tip them at the end of your stay. They work hard to make your experience nice and deserve a token of appreciation.

Trip of a lifetime

We started out with our annual anniversary trip but ended up having our adult children join us to celebrate. The condo made for a perfect relaxing beautiful atmosphere in between all the wonderful excursions. The view was awesome and the Condo conveniently located near everything!

Absolutely Wonderful

How can it get any better than staying off of Gulf Shore Dr in Destin, FL? And, in a condo directly on the beach? It doesn't! To begin with, this property is so well located. So easy to get to everywhere you want to go. Then, the property itself. Updated furnishings and flooring made it super comfortable. And, it was so well provisioned. We will look to book here again when we make our way back to Destin. No going wrong here!

Spring break

We returned to Shoreline Towers after our friends sold their last condo 8 years ago. The updates are very nice. Once they're completed, the complex will be very nice. The condo was clean, smelled clean, and comfortably decorated. I brought my favorite pan to cook a few dinners but was pleasantly surprised at how well-appointed the kitchen was with quality pots and pans and sharp knives! The updated primary bath is very nice. The host was very pleasant and quick with correspondence. She even kept appraised of downtime with the wifi. We prefer to stay at Holiday Isle as there are great restaurants, a Target and a Winn Dixie across the street without all the crowds. Anthony, who handles the chairs and umbrellas was very helpful, as well. Don't forget to tip him when you leave! We really enjoyed our stay and plan to rent again.

Our condo was very nice; spacious, comfortable, beachy! The view was amazing! The only thing was the renovation that the tower was under (which we knew that d/t the communication with the Stone's). We would definitely stay again!!!

Updated unit with plenty of room for a large family. Beautiful view of the beach!

Easy check in process, maybe 5 minutes. Unit was updated and had a great views. Would definitely book here again…

Girls week trip

Great place. Loved being up high especially when hurricane Ida was coming through to watch the waves. Did have some issues with water dripping from ceilings when I rained hard, but at least we had a cozy place to be. Was close to grocery store and Target which was super handy and beach was right there!!

Outstanding condo

Long and slow line at guard shack upon initial arrival (should have two guards during peak check in times). Condo itself was AMAZING. Roomy, clean, very well stocked kitchen. One major disappointment was the chair/umbrella service. We asked for front row seating but we’re told “none available” yet every day we were there, several set ups Im the front row were never even used. Very disappointing….

Very nice place

Great views, right on the beach (great beach), a lot of space, clean sheets, VERY nice and big big new master bathroom. I liked the free beach set up of 2 chairs and umbrella, did not have to carry my own. Several restaurants within 0.5 mile for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, easy walking distance, many more accross the street. Stores with everything you need less than a mile away across the street. Two things I did not like: the second bedroom did not have an ocean view, as stated in property description. Also, sauna is closed and pool hours are different 9-8. The description shoul be updated. Overall a great place, would stay again.

Great place, great stay!

We have a wonderful time and the view was exactly as described. The water is beautiful and being on 11th floor, had a great view of planes, pelicans, and helicopters flying along the shore. Took Binoculars and wow- it was so fun watching the dolphins and people enjoy the sea. Location was clean, cozy and perfect - Thanks.

Amazing Vacation

The condo was a home away from home. From the communication between the property owner and our family, to the condition of the unit and all other features/amenities, I would absolutely recommend staying at this property. We loved staying here!

End of Summer vacation

Absolutely wonderful experience. Was planned for May, but COVID delayed. Luci was wonderful to work with to reschedule. Weather wasn’t great (2 tropical systems), but beach and facility was fabulous. Definitely will schedule again!

Rob and I both grew up and currently reside in Chattanooga, TN. We fell in love with the Destin area while visiting a friend who owns a condo at Shoreline Towers. We decided to purchase our condo both as a rental investment and also as a wonderful place to take our family and friends for a relaxing vacation. Our condo is on the 11th floor in Tower 1 and has a beautiful view of the beach and the emerald green waters!

This property is a wonderful family friendly place. Besides the beautiful beach, you can enjoy the pool, tennis court, shuffleboard, and fitness center. There is a guarded entrance for safety and security. It is conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping as well as fishing expeditions, mini golf, the Destin Harborwalk and the Big Kahuna Water Park. Enjoy!
