This 3,000 sq ft, 4-bedroom, 3-bath mountain home is nestled on the Dalton Ranch Golf Course, offering breathtaking golf course and mountain views from walls of windows. Located just 10 minutes north of downtown Durango and 20 minutes south of Purgatory Ski Resort, itâs the perfect year-round getaway.
The home is ideal for families or groups, with plenty of space to spread out across two spacious living rooms, large bedrooms, and a flexible layout that comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests.
