Fastigheten Àr vÀl bevarad med vacker utsikt frÄn bluffen pÄ baksidan av fastigheten. Det Àr en attraktiv och avkopplande miljö med bekvÀm tillgÄng till de mÄnga attraktionerna i Durango-omrÄdet.

AvstÄnd till populÀra platser:
5 minuters bilresa till kanten av Durango.
16 minuters bilresa till Durango & Silverton Railroad.
18 minuters bilresa till Durango regional flygplats.
39 minuters bilresa till Purgatory Ski Resort.

Huset Àr ca 1300 kvm ft och har tvÄ sovrum med och tvÄ badrum. Ett av badrummen Àr ansluten till sovrummet. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-sÀng och det andra sovrummet har en queen size-sÀng. Det finns en fin hide-a-sÀng i vardagsrummet som tillÄter plats för upp till 6 personer.

Det finns ett komplett kök och matsal och vardagsrum som Àr fullt utrustat med spis, mikrovÄgsugn, diskmaskin. Det finns rÀtter och krukor och pannor och kryddor, etc.

OcksÄ en bakdÀck och veranda som Àr perfekt för att bara njuta av det stora utomhus som Colorado har att erbjuda!

Ägarna bor pĂ„ fastigheten deltid i en separat lĂ€genhet som Ă€r fristĂ„ende frĂ„n huvudhuset. De kommer att stanna utanför fastigheten under vistelsens lĂ€ngd men kommer att vara tillgĂ€ngliga om du behöver nĂ„got.

Great Vacation Spot

My husband and I found this property to be perfect for our vacation. The location was convenient for accessing both the mountain lakes and downtown for shopping and restaurants.There were plenty of comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces around the property for reading, playing games, relaxing, and enjoying the scenery. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and serve meals.The owners made check-in easy and responded immediately to our questions.We are hoping to come back one day for another stay.

Perfect Getaway

This was the best spot I've ever stayed in. Well appointed, flexible owners, great views, located in the woods, but close to everything. I would definitely stay here and this was an 11/10.... can't say enough good things about it!!!!

We had such an amazing/relaxing family vacation. The house was perfect and so cozy. We really enjoyed the wide variety of games and puzzles available to us. Pickle ball was also a big hit. Overall we were very pleased with the home and beautiful views. The owners are very helpful also. We can't wait to go back

Another great stay. Just as advertised. Great host. Very well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The wood burning stove makes for a very cozy stay. This was our second stay, and I hope we have the opportunity to stay here again in the future.

Cozy and comfy

The cabin was very clean and cozy. Very well stocked with everything we needed. Had a couple of rainy days so spent a lot of time in the cabin and we were very comfortable. Highly recommend it. Y'all check it out.

Comfortable country living

This location is an easy drive to Durango and in a quiet country setting. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had all the tools needed. If you want a place that doesn't have immediate neighbors, this is it.

Relaxing honeymoon

The cabin was clean and cozy. There is no tv, which helped us be more in the moment. A bunch of card games and board games are provided. And the check-in and -out process was simple and smooth.

Perfect place for a family vacation

Absolutely loved the house, it had everything we needed. The outside deck and scenery was beautiful, it was very clean. The location was perfect, close enough to get to town and get there in a short time, but far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. The Durango/Sliverton train station was about 15 minutes away. I would recommend this home to anyone.

A true gem!

An amazing stay in a beautiful home. Both beds and sofa bed were incredibly comfortable. Well stocked bathroom and kitchen. Beautiful surroundings. An adorable outdoor cat which our boys loved. Beautiful and Peaceful Property

Gary and Anna have thought of everything. Everything was well stocked in the kitchen. The property is clean, both inside and out. It is close to the CO 240, but far enough off that it is not bothersome, especially if you sit on the deck overlooking the Florida river below. We had the pleasure of wild turkeys and magpies that would come visit us daily. Lou the cat is an absolute love and a great host as well! We determine our stays by reviews and we would highly recommend staying here. Previous reviews are spot on and we hope to be able to stay again in the future.

Perfect place for our visit to durango. The house had everything we needed. Kitchen well stocked, even firewood avaliable to make a fire. If I had to give a suggestion, we kind of missed an electric socket near the bed to charge a phone.

This indeed was a cozy cabin. We played hard during the day and came home to cook supper and relax. The kitchen was well equipped and the living room furniture was comfortable as were the beds. We had everything we needed.
