Welcome to our 1845 cobblestone home! This home has been completely renovated from top to bottom with your comfort in mind. There's a story here...we'd love to share it with you when you visit.

Planning a family getaway? A girls’ weekend? Need a place to stay with your golfing group?

This property offers lots of space to unwind, take a long walk, and relax in comfort and style.

We're located just a few minutes outside of Belleville, and only 30 minutes to the heart of Prince Edward County.

This home features a modern farmhouse feel complete with soaring ceilings, solid core doors, hand-hewn oak beams, and a few other original details that we were able to preserve.

We have room to sleep 6 people very comfortably with 3 queen size beds in 2 main floor bedrooms plus the loft with its own 3 piece bathroom.

A 4 piece bath with ensuite privilege completes the main floor. 2 floor beds are available for kids if required.

Watch TV or enjoy socializing from the open concept kitchen/living area. Our kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and microwave.

Relax on the new back patio, roast marshmallows in the backyard firepit, or watch the world go by from the front porch. There’s lots of room to spread out.

This place was way better than I was expecting. I imagined a rural home but the history of the cottage and all the old buildings on the property was fascinating. The vastness/beauty of the land (67 acres of privacy, with trails and a boardwalk) was very special. Had great moments of bonding with family, taking long walks, seeing wildlife (a fox right in the back of the house, song and water birds, rabbits, deer etc.), and adventuring to sandbanks for some beach days. The inside of the house is gorgeous and open concept which was ideal for family hang outs on a rainy day. The beds and bedrooms were cute and comfy. Just loved all the amenities. The hosts were so helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. Thanks so much for having us!

Excellent

This lovingly renovated property was the perfect place for 3 couples to meet to explore the area and to go to Bloomfield. The property has trails and plenty of space. There was full size appliances, proper cutlery and dishes. The beds were comfortable. If you want to have a nice meal by the Moira River - I recommend Signal Brewery.

Fantastic property and location

We thoroughly enjoyed spending time at Elaine's property over the Christmas holidays. Great location - close to Belleville and Prince Edward County. Home is super comfortable and well-equipped. Great amenities. Truly felt like home! Elaine was great to communicate with - super responsive. Would stay here again without hesitation.
