NEW TO VRBO FOR 2024! Don’t be deterred by the lack of reviews, my property was managed by a local property management company until late 2023 and is brand new to VRBO. I am a Super Host on another platform for another property I own, so be assured you are in good hands!

Sweet Carolina offers everything you could possibly want and need for the best family beach vacation!

• Upper and lower decks on front and back of house
• Easy access to the beach – it’s a 60 second walk to the beach access
• Brand new (June 2024) 12’ x 30’ heated pool with built-in spa and fire pit
• Enclosed outdoor shower
• Enough room for your entire (extended) family – property sleeps 24 + 1 infant/toddler (full-size crib)
• Access to our stash of beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys
• Clean and spacious home
• Two refrigerators
• Gas grill
• Keurig & drip coffee makers
• Ample parking
• Quiet (2 miles from where you enter the island surrounded only by homes)
• 65” smart tv in living room, smart tv in every bedroom

OIB is a very family-friendly destination and the playground on the island recently had updates/additions. The Summer Concert Series on Friday nights throughout the summer are a blast for the whole family. Come experience all that OIB has to offer.

Great family stay

Great spot for a family (or families) to stay together. Easy close walk to the beach with kids and the house was both safe and well-stocked for children. Not much for beach views, unfortunately, despite how close it is to the beach (new home construction directly behind). But the location is still quite accessible. Owner was clear and easy to communicate with and helpful as needed; although home was well put together and everything they said it would be, so little communication was needed.

We bought this house at the very end of 2020 and have spent many hours at the house upgrading it and making our own memories. The home is owned by two families who have known each other for decades. We look forward to many more decades of friendship and hope you enjoy the house as much as we do. We've been using a property management company and look forward to renting via VRBO.
