The hot tub was inspected and confirmed to be fully operational, including the heating and jet systems. The propane tanks were reported late in the afternoon on a holiday, and replacement service was arranged as quickly as possible. The reported ant activity and water concerns were also investigated and did not reveal any significant issues with the property. We are especially disappointed by the characterization of our customer service. Our team remained responsive throughout the stay and made every effort to address each concern as it was brought to our attention. Unfortunately, some of the issues described in this review do not align with the findings of our vendors, maintenance personnel, and post-stay inspections. We respect every guest’s right to share their experience, but we believe this review reflects frustration beyond the actual condition of the home and the services provided during the stay. Our focus has always been on resolving concerns professionally and ensuring guests enjoy their vacation.
