We had a very comfortable stay at this property. It was a perfect set up for my family of 4. We had everything we needed while we were there. Although we did not use the rooftop deck, it was very nice. We felt very safe in this neighborhood. It is very convenient to so many areas of Denver, as well as being a quick drive to Golden and Boulder. The host was so quick to respond to questions and very accommodating.

Absolutely Wonderful

Shelby and Sean were amazing hosts and their home is beautiful! It is in a perfect location that is safe and walkable to many restaurants, bars etc. Everything else is in quick driving distance. There is a garage for parking. Everything was clean and there were little amenities like tissues and toilet paper that a lot of rentals don't keep in stock. We had a few questions along the way and they were super quick to respond/ help us out. They reccomended all of the best places to eat and visit as well. We really enjoyed staying here and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the adenver area.

Great Holiday Family Meetup

Superbly appointed, very nice home. Plenty of room for everyone. Great deck if you go in warm weather (little chilly for us). Shelby and Shawn are very accommodating and respond quickly to all messages. Close walk to RINO attractions and easy drive to town.

Perfect for Red Rocks Trip

Wonderful house and location! The house is very well appointed from kitchen to bathrooms to all the little details like Kleenex, sunscreen and rain ponchos - we didn’t need them but they were there. We loved being able to grill out, enjoyed the rooftop deck and beautiful sunset. Easy walking distance to restaurants and more. Excellent communication with owners. Highly recommend!

Great House and Location

This was an amazing home and the host are great. The house is well stocked with lots of comfortable areas to relax, especially the deck above the garage. Being blocks from Rhino is ideal for a group as there are so many options for food and entertainment. There are also lots of other sites like the zoo, botanical garden and museums close by. Our only feedback was the two smaller beds are extra firm which made a couple of the group members have trouble sleeping.

Great location, well appointed

We were in Denver to visit our son and this property fit our needs perfectly. Roomy, updated and comfortable. The location is walking distance to the great RINO district and Coors Field, both of which we enjoyed. Also easy to drive to hikes and nature. I highly recommend!

Great Location

The location is great for walking distance to restaurants and bars. We had an amazing meal at Barcelona Wine Bar (suggested by our hosts) , who by the way were awesome, so helpful and provided great insight into the area and other Denver attractions. The house is clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

Loved the location and the house! We used the rooftop deck, which has really nice furniture along with big umbrellas. The house was perfect for our group. Everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen was one of the best appointed kitchens I’ve ever seen in a vacation rental! We will 100% stay here next time we are in Denver!!

Great house in Rhino district

Wonderful clean home with many amenities. Well appointed kitchen great for cooking in. Garage made parking easy. Roof terrace was great even in winter with views of downtown Denver. Only shortcoming was no place to hang clothes in either master bedroom suite or 1 of the other 2 bedrooms. Owners, who were super-responsive throughout our 9-day stay, were notified & promised to work on remedying. Overall a wonderful place.

Staying at this special property in Downtown Denver was an exceptional experience, surpassing any other vacation rental we've visited. This place stood out with its remarkable attention to detail. The kitchen and home were fully stocked, not just with essentials but with thoughtful extras that made our stay incredibly comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find a range of conveniences like q-tips, cotton swabs, an ample supply of coffee, and even single-use rain jackets - a thoughtful touch for unpredictable weather. The property's location was a major plus, offering easy access and placing us right in the heart of everything we wanted to do in downtown Denver. The home itself was delightful, but what truly set this experience apart were the hosts. They went above and beyond to provide outstanding service, clearly striving to ensure their guests had everything they needed. Comfortable and Convenient

We visited Denver for a wedding at The Ramble and couldn’t have picked a better location. The house is exactly as presented and the hosts are very responsive and helpful. We loved the walkability of the neighborhood in accessing everything we could possibly want. Most other attractions were within a twenty minute ride. We would definitely enjoy this home again on a return visit and recommend it to others. Thank you Shelby and Shaun!

This house was PERFECT! There were 2 couples and one grown daughter in our party. We had so much fun. The location couldn't have been better. We loved the roof top deck. Everything was clean with lots of extras like stocked kitchen, board games, suggestions of things to do, and even a garage!! Very responsive communication. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!!

This is not a typical BNB. We actually live here and treat the place with the respect a great home deserves. We love to cook and entertain. As a result, you'll have access to all of our high-end kitchen cookware, dishes, utensils, and gadgets (most America's Test Kitchen approved :)). If you love to cook, you'll love our kitchen.
