Sunnyside Up - Hottub! - Great Location! - Low Cleaning Fees!
Newly built addition to a classic Victorian home creates a 1 bedroom basement apartment located in the trendy Sunnyside neighborhood of Denver. The hosts live on premise. The apartment features an open living, dining and kitchen area with a queen size sofa sleeper and TV. The bedroom is located off of the living area in the original basement (ie lower ceiling) of the home and includes a queen size bed. The bathroom is stocked with linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer. The apartment can fit up to 4 people comfortably.
Pets(1) are welcome for an additional $50 fee paid directly to the hosts.
The kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker (and coffee!) and all the necessary kitchen utensils to whip up breakfast or dinner. Or, if you don't feel like cooking, mossy over to one of the numerous restaurants, coffee houses and bars located a stones throw away on 44th ave or Tejon St.
The outdoor space includes a semi-private sitting area with propane firepit. Guests are also allowed to use the pergola, seating, and hottub located in the common area of the patio and back yard. Fireplace is for host use only.
The Sunnyside neighborhood is located approximately 3 miles Northwest of Downtown Denver with easy access to I25 and I70, making easy transit to the mountains and Denver International Airport. The home is located steps from public transportation that can whisk you away to Union Station to catch the train to Denver International Airport or Downtown to visit 16th Street Mall. The property features its own entrance but shares a common side yard with the owner's home located on the 1st and 2nd floor. You may hear footsteps from the rooms above but we are generally very quiet.
