This apartment can sleep up to 6 people comfortably.

Fitted with a comfy sofa, you can relax in the living room after a busy day of exploring the city. The flat also has multiple windows throughout the space, allowing you to enjoy the sunlight and city views from the comfort of your home!

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. It's possible to find a dishwasher, washing and dryer machine.

There are 4 bedrooms. Two bedrooms with a single bed each, one with a Queen-size bed and another with a two simple beds side to side making it a double bed. All of them with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.

Both bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

At the heart of the 17th arrondissement of Paris, I invite you to the elegance and refinement of this famous district of the capital. The ideal area to discover Paris and go shopping on the famous Boulevard Haussmann
Nearby, cultural enthusiasts can enjoy the historic monuments of this area with the famous Louvre Museum, the Place Vendome or the exhibitions of the Grand Palais, located just minutes from my home.

After a day of discovery and shopping, you can go for a drink in one of the typical cafés of Paris such as Ladurée or Angelina. In addition, this district is bordered by the mythical Parc Monceau, or the Jardin des Tuileries, ideal for a break in the middle of the day.

Ideally located to visit Paris, this apartment is also extremely well served by public transport.

- If you arrive from Roissy Charles de Gaulle or Orly airport, it will take 35 to 50 minutes to reach the apartment.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €500 smoking fee, at a minimum.
