The home sleeps up to a dozen guests and offers numerous amenities to suit a large group, including two fully equipped kitchens and two living areas. Choose your favorite gathering spot, whether it's the sunny upper deck with a sitting area and enchanting views, or the lower porch where you can challenge friends to a game of corn hole or ping pong - or inside, to a game of foosball. Gather around the wood stove in the evening to shake the mountain chill, or relax in the media room and watch your favorite movie.

Trail Time is immersed in the beauty of the Blue Ridge, yet only 20 minutes from Asheville. Enjoy hiking the trails, fishing in the Ivy River (catch and release only please!), roasting marshmallows over the fire pit, and soaking in the bubbly hot tub. Trail Time is located in a quiet community and has a very low noise tolerance. The home is under a noise ordinance between 12 a.m. and 8 a.m. It is not suitable for groups that are looking for late nights of celebration on the deck. Carolina Mornings offers many properties that offer seclusion, so if this is an inconvenience for you, please give us a call and we will help you find the perfect property to match your needs!
• Firewood is not provided for guest use. If you plan on using the indoor fireplace and/or the outdoor fire pit, you'll need to bring firewood with you.
• Heads up for avid sports fans, you may not be able to watch live games at this property. There is no cable or satellite TV service.
