Description: Please read entire ad**
Typical mid century Florida Block home built in 1956 during the Kennedy Space Center's original construction. Lush yard and surroundings. Corner lot providing relative privacy. Comfortable but not fancy. I offer Affordable family accommodations and am working on updating as I can.
**Please note : I and my 2 sweet and quiet dogs Peanut and Brownie live in an attached "In-Law" apartment next door. There is a door but you have a 1/4" Dead bolt lock on your side and it's locked on my side as well.
It is only used between guests for Housekeeping Services. Separate entrances ensure your privacy. I had a 4.8 out of 5 star rating on a comparable site. I communicate via text, ensuring your safety, and can happily recommend restaurants, viewing sites, etc, if requested.

Great size and good price, yard is only front and side of house but still enough room for your dog to use the bathroom, corner lot with good privacy, the bed is so comfortable. will definitely stay again

The value for the size of the home was excellent! It was a little far from the beach so just something to keep in mind if that is your destination. We enjoyed our stay and had no issues.

Great stay

Titusville is a city that has a small town feel. Hard to find in Florida! Home was great for our needs. Shopping is close by.

So quiet and cozy! Owner was readily available if I needed him. Soft beds and the essentials on hand. House is easy to find and privacy was always first on the list!

Perfect for us

We are so happy we found this space where we can stay before cruises from Port Canaveral. It is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and the rental is very clean and spacious.

Classic Space Coast house!

This little place worked out great for us, close to the marina and plenty of room. Will make this our go-to place when we aren’t staying on our boat.

Very convenient for Merritt Island and the Space Coast

This was a great fit for us, we had a big family group and this was great for us with plenty of space. Beds were comfy, kitchen was useful, and the location was great.

Cute, great little house!

Quick trip to see family, and this place was great. Cute, had everything i needed for my stay. Pup friendly, too! Great little yard on the side, perfect to run around.
