"The Erin" ~ a nautical condo with beach & pond view
"So hoist up the John B's sail," but you won't ever want to go home, not after you step into this one-of-a-kind (2nd floor) 1-bedroom condo (perfect for 2) with whimsical nautical décor. "Erin" is Irish for "peace" and that's what you'll get here, plus you'll feel like you've sailed away from it all! The stunning views from the balcony of the saltwater pond, of sand & sea, the dunes ~ are just beginning! It's just steps away from resort-style amenities: heated pool, hot tub, Finnish sauna, fitness gym + more...
Once you've relaxed in the beautifully furnished maritime living room, dining room, the equipped-to-the-hilt galley kitchen, you can "see how the mainsail sets" from the balcony or take a 5-minute stroll to the beach for a refreshing ocean swim, shell collecting, building sandcastles, shore fishing, parasailing ~ sky's the limit. Or simply hangout at the Beach Club resort-style pool, hot tub, jacuzzi, fitness gym and more. At the end of the day, you can catch all your favorite programing on the Spectrum cable / WiFi streaming smart-tv, then at long last sleep soundly on the plush pillow-top Queen-size bed. (Smart-tv in the bedroom, too.) Additional sleeping for 1 adult or 2 children in the living room's Queen-size IKEA sofa sleeper. Wake up to your own brew or fix some hospitality coffee or tea and all you've got to do is "just add water" to enjoy your first cup and first light on the balcony with a view. Like we said, you'll never want to go home. And by the way, âThe Erinâ is equipped with Spectrumâs high-speed WiFi connectivity for all your away-from-home business and online class needs. (((Please be advised that the Beach Club property does not have elevators in any of the buildings, and that "The Erin" is situated on the 2nd storey.)))

My wife and I, hosts of Splendid Condos-by-the-Sea, have traveled the globe while serving in full-time ministry. We enjoy returning to our favorite historic landmarks, especially in the highlands and islands of our beloved Scotland where we've hosted numerous tours. But closer to home, we now have a new favorite island to visit â North Padre Island of Corpus Christi, Texas.

Having been raised in Santa Monica, California, we are beach people to the core. Thereâs something about the beach that is restorative and relaxing â the sound of waves, the expanse of the sea, and its wind blowing sea air on the face, and even the sound of squawking seagulls. And for us, a strong presence of God and the display of His awesome power is ever present at the beach. Itâs hard to describe. As Vrbo Premier hosts of this splendid condo by the sea we call "The Erin," we'd love for you to experience it all, too. Ahhh, for the simple beach life, we invite you!

In whimsical nautical style, "The Erin" is not only a "sailors delight" kind of place, but it is also a place of peace and beauty to just about everybody. The views from both livingroom and bedroom are amazing! You've got the saltwater lake below you and the beach view in the horizon, and you won't believe the awesome sunsets you'll view from the picture windows or balcony. Like we said, you'll never want to go home.
