The room was not clean, the Wi-Fi was not working, the kitchen was full of fire ants, and we were bitten several times. We opened the microwave to find it, and the stove was covered with red ants. I would not recommend this place for anyone.Also they startedc

The photos were likely taken a while ago because the condo appeared worn out and needed repairs. It wasn’t clean and in need of some TLC. The host did come by to inspect the issues and promptly addressed my main concerns. To make up for the state of the condo, the host even provided a complimentary golf cart rental. Despite my disappointment with the condo itself, I thoroughly enjoyed the friendly people, the beautiful beach, and the great restaurant options.

A Day at the Beach

The location was wonderful. Close to stores, tours, beaches, and the area is very peaceful. The balcony view, pool, and hot tub were more favorites of our group.

Great beach vacation

The stay was great! The location was easy to access and the amenities were exactly what we needed. The only issues we ran into were that the condo number was not on the listing or any of the check in communications and the TV in the main room did not have sound. Otherwise, it was a great vacation and we will likely return!

Weekend beach trip

Very convenient and family friendly. We Had access to the swimming pool, the unit was equipped with all the basics a family needs,, puzzles, wifi,haidryer, iron, toiletries even nail polish remover.The AC was nice and cool, Inside unit washer & Dryer was an added plus. We definitely will be looking up Mr. Wilbanks for future stays.

Relaxing getaway!

Perfect spot! We’ve stayed at these condos before but not this particular unit. The unit was clean and had everything we needed from a fully stocked kitchen to full sized toiletries in the bathrooms. About a half mile from doorstep to beach and an easy walk. Or just drive onto the beach!

If I had been a 19 year-old on spring break, I would’ve been very pleased with this condo. It is close to the beach, and there there was room for about five people there to sleep. Mildew and mold, a broken coffee maker, a kitchen sink faucet that was broken, vanity sinks in the bathrooms with damaged overflow access and iron stains, and floors covered in a lot of sand, wouldn’t have made any difference more than likely. However, I’m 60 years past that, and I was dismayed at the condition of this place. The balcony was nice with comfortable seating, and that was my only outdoor experience because 17 steps at an extremely steep angle was more than this 84 year-old woman was willing to climb more than once. My visiting great grandsons even complained about them. So the sole redeeming feature of this place was proximity to the beach and to other amenities, such as restaurants. Since my return home, I have been told by Vrbo that I will receive 120 reduction on my next rental property. Sad, really.

Convenient locationp

We had a great time and enjoyed the conveniance of the location to the beach. The condo served its purpose, was it perfect, No, but it was everything you should expect for a beach apartment. If i had to complain about anything it would be the stairs ...they were so steep and a bit much for me , next time i will look for a 1st floor apartment. Randy was awesome and quick to respond. We will most likely be back.

Amazing Stay!

I will definitely be coming back here again with friends and family. The condo owner was extremely friendly and responsive to any and all questions, including things like race tips for Beach to Bay which obviously weren't part of the required expectations. The condo is actually remodeled and nice as promised. It had nice amenities inside and a great common area with a pool, hot tub and BBQ pits. I can't express how helpful they were, especially considering most place service these days. We slept six comfortably and the owner even bought a new cushion to put on top of hideaway to make it more comfortable. Good appliances lots of space for groceries and travel gear. Just down the street from the beach. I couldn't have been more pleased with our stay.

Friendly Community close to beach

The condos were clean and very convenient to the beach. It's a short drive to the stores in Corpus Christi, Mustang Island and Port Aransas. The beach was in walking distance with a sidewalk or you could drive your car onto the beach. If you want to vacuum your car, you have to leave the island though. There was a pool and hot tub, fitness center, laundromat located on the premises. With 4 young children, it would have been nice to have a working dryer in the condo. Anything you needed to cook with was provided (only lacked pizza cutter). The owner Randy and his family were very helpful, and everyone in the unit was friendly. We enjoyed ourselves and would come back!!

Thanks for staying at our place and thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We did order the part for the dryer, it just took longer than we thought it would to arrive, and the dryer is fixed. I will definitely put a pizza cutter in the unit for future guests. Thanks for letting me know. We would love to have you come back!

The listing says newly remodeled. If so it was poorly done. Television wasn't working and only one light out of four in the bathroom was working. Texted the owner and he never responded. Bathroom sink was rusted out. Mattress in the bedroom was old, worn, and sagged in the middle. Ceiling fans and vents were covered grime. Door out to the balcony was broken. The sitting couch had a large stain on it. Smoke detector was missing. Overall condition on the unit was run down and dirty.

Close to beach, cleanliness an issue.

Property location is great. Two major issues with unit. Cleanliness is an issue as floors are filthy, deck hadn't been cleaned in a long time, moldy smell throughout. Ceiling in 2nd bathroom is falling down and the unit in the ceiling is probably the source of the moldy smell. Bed in the Master is one of the worst we have slept on. Both the bed frame and the mattress need to be replaced. I would not stay there again until those issues are addressed.

This place was so clean and quiet. So close to the beach, not walking, but super close. Everything ran so smoothly and the hosts were super cool. Our only issue was could not get wifi to connect and the shower in the bedroom off of kitchen is a little wonky. Easy fixes, we weren’t there often for wifi! Over all 9/10 would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great location, very close to Whitecap Beach. I love staying at Beach Club Condominiums, too! This particular condo had a great balcony view and the layout was perfect. That said, the condo smelled of mold....the air conditioner filters were dirty....there was mold everywhere....there was dirt behind the couch, and even in a drawer. The porch was taken over by pigeons, and there were droppings everywhere. If the host put some effort into renovating the condo and were able to ensure proper cleaning, I bet more people would rebook this condo!
