Step into this newly remodeled home with all of the amenities you would expect from a luxury hotel. Located 4 blocks from beautiful Lake Hollingsworth this house is a dream. Every room is meticulously decorated for your enjoyment. There are Samsung smart TVs located throughout the house and in each bedroom. You can access Netflix, Amazon and other smart streaming media on your account. Located minutes from the grocery store, downtown. Lakeland airport and Florida Southern College.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

* We have security cameras on the front and rear of the property for our guests as well as the protection of our properties.

* You must have all guests registered. If 4 people are coming to the home then it needs to be booked for 4 guests, not 2. There is a charge of 15.00 per night per guests over 2. If the correct number of guests are entered during booking then your rate will be adjusted accordingly. By having extra guest fees after 2 we are able to keep the base rates lower. We have a zero tolerance policy for people who misrepresent the number of guests on there reservation.

* There is a non refundable pet deposit $250.00 per stay. Also, if you have a pet you are responsible for any and all damages to our home.

* We only allow dogs, no cats so please do not ask. Also, we have a lot of breakable items in the house so please keep that in mind. Small dogs are ok.

* If your looking to host an event such as a bridal shower, baby shower, birthday party or any celebration that would involve guests other than those booked please send an inquiry for a custom rate proposal. Come and experience the perfect blend of comfort, adventure, and relaxation at this stunning home! $250 pet fee (no cats) no exceptions each pet.

We enjoyed staying at this charming craftsman house. It is very clean , with ample living and sitting areas. The bedrooms are clean and nicely decorated. For us the kitchen was the highlight, having comfortable seating, great pot and cooking pans, non teflon! The host has paid great attention to details, the spices, oil and enough of everything to put a quick meal together. The instructions were clear. We had a fabulous weekend at your property. Perfect spot

Clean, quiet, and convenient. It was a quick trip for us and this was the home was perfect for us. Bed and blessing was super comfortable which was a bonus!

Danger: MOLD

You can't see it, but it's there,...possibly on the very spongy flooring under the beautiful LVT flooring. My husband says the smell hit him immediately upon entering. (He usually does not notice mild cases.) Within 5 minutes of our arrival, my throat started closing up due to my moderate to severe allergy to mold. I did NOT have my Epipen , but had to use Benadryl. We had asked this host to remove any air fresheners and make sure the A/C filter and grate were cleaned before our arrival because my 77 year old mother-in-law has severe asthma and is on oxygen, but we didn't expect a mold issue in this beautifully renovated old Craftsman. This host didn't care that my anaphalaxis and my mother-in-law's life or death issues meant we had no choice, but to leave. NO REFUND. I had to see my ENT and get a 426 medication to kill what I inhaled in that house. Since our new home was still not ready to be moved into, our family had to find lodging with 2 vehicles crammed with necessities, 2 dogs, and my mother-in-law's medical equipment after 5 p.m. on a a Saturday night. We have documentation and receipts for all of the above. In the end, we paid twice for almost a week of lodging. We told the host that we would have to leave a bad review if he couldn't work with us on some kind of refund to our ailing family budget. He didn't seem concerned and said that he would have the home tested for mold. For YOU and your FAMILY's sake, please consider asking for the results BEFORE you book.

Great Lakeland Property

Lovely home

We love the home. This is our 2nd time there and we will come again. It’s perfect for our 3 sisters with a game room and living room. We love mostly that it is close to the lake. We hike around it everyday in the morning. We also love the tow and restaurants.

We loved this place!

This has to be one of the best properties we've ever seen! Honestly it is even better than the photos. Extremely clean, well-appointed and comfortable. The location near Lake Hollingsworth in central Lakeland is perfect! Very quiet neighborhood and zero traffic noise. Looking forward to coming back.

I am a local entrepreneur owning several businesses right here in Lakeland. When I am not working, I love traveling with my family. For many years we have stayed at Airbnb properties, however, we never thought of hosting, until now.

My family and I have been an Airbnb guests for many years and always loved the experience. I decided to purchase a few properties in my hometown Lakeland so I can share our lovely town with others just as others have shared theirs with my family and I.

Give me a nice craft beer and good food and you will see me right at home. I love our city and what it has to offer. We have many great restaurants, live entertainment venues, outdoor activities all year long.

I love nice things and nice places to stay so I hope you love the little piece of Lakeland paradise that we put together for you. I am sure you will have an epic time.

1925 Historic charming home that we did an extensive remodel inside and out. This wonderful home has beautiful landscape, exterior landscape lighting, double oversized lot and much more. It is amazing to see the transformation of such a wonderful home to its new luster.
