The check in process was smooth, the unit was clean and exceptionally well stocked. We had a hiccup at check-out but Nancy acted promptly turning the situation into a non-event. This is a great property in a great location. We would definitely stay again!

This place was great! Great location right across the street from a nice beach & the condo was well stocked! Nancy was easy to communicate with before and during our stay. Would recommend this place!

Absolutely ideal property. We were within walking distance (5-10 mins) of ample shopping, dining and beach options. Very easy to get to from the airport and a good home base location for traveling to various parts of the island. The property had everything advertised and then some. Very clean and smooth process all around.

Thank you! We had an amazing stay. The property was fully equipped with beach essentials, which was incredibly useful and saved us from having to purchase anything elsewhere. We truly enjoyed our time and will definitely be back. We would absolutely choose Nancy’s condo again for our future stays!

Great location on South Kihei Rd, within walking distance of numerous beaches, shops, food trucks, and restaurants. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our time on the beaches. The kitchen and bathroom were well-stocked (coffee makers, pots, pans, flatware, cooking utensils, shampoo/conditioner, soap, hair styling tools) and there were ample sheets and towels. Our only complaint is with Maui Condo and Home, the property management company. The access code to our door expired prior to the 1100 check out time. At 1030, we were making trips to our car with our luggage. Fortunately, I was in the unit while my husband made the first trip down, otherwise we would have been locked out of the unit prior to the agreed-upon check-out time, as noted in their email to us. Please note, this is not the fault of the condo owners - they are lovely and communicated with us by phone and email several days prior to our arrival to make sure we had the information we needed. Thank you, Nancy and Stafford, for the great accommodations!

My all time favorite place to stay while in Maui. Maui vista is a great condo place with food, beach, park, and more just walking distance. Plus an amazing pool and bbq to use on sight. But it takes more to be a great host, they provide many supplies for the stay, from beach supplies to toiletries to tons of pillows and blankets. The host is also very helping and friendly from check in to check out.

Great stay in Kihei!

We loved our time at this spot. Stocked up with all the supplies you need for a great stay - It provided a great base for us to relax and explore the area. Check in process was easy! The location is great, easy to walk to South Kihei Gardens or to any of the Kamaole beaches - Cross the street and you are at Charley Young beach! We would definitely stay again if we plan another trip to Maui!

Picture perfect

We stayed here for our honeymoon and couldn’t have asked for a better spot! The location is great, the property is calm and quiet, parking is easy, and Nancy was very communicative with us leading up to the trip. We hope to come back!
