Ren, tyst enhet på andra våningen med vacker utsikt över trädgården och skuggan på Lanai på eftermiddagen, så inte för varmt att sitta ute! Tvärs över gatan från en vacker gyllene sandstrand (Charley Young Beach / Kamaole Beach 1). Nyrenoverat (hösten 2016), inklusive en ny KING-SIZE säng i master, nytt kök och badrum - vänta tills du ser dem! Ny plattskärms-TV med DVD-spelare, plus DVD och skärm i sovrummet. Spektakulära tennisbanor och bra läge för jogging och cykling (cykelvägar och butiker i hela Kihei). Ny (2016) bäddsoffa med memory foam madrass, även nytt matbord och bekväma stolar.
Trevlig tyst sovrum med inget trafikbuller, bara fågelsång.
Fantastisk dropin Snorkel nära denna plats. Stor tillgång till turer för Molokini ö, och du kan gå till en närbutik. Bara 15 minuters bilresa till den världsberömda Makena Beach, eller ta lite mer tid och utforska den vackra vulkanen bakom oss. Haleakala, House of the Sun, ser ner på Maui Vista. Kör upp till toppen eller ta en dagstur till Hana på den bortre sidan av Haleakala. Även en enkel enhet till Lahaina, där du kan ta en färja till Lanai. Men du kommer att älska bara hänger i Kihei - mycket mindre regn än Kaanapali eller Napili! Och detta är platsen att lära sig att surfa på ön Maui - 1 block till surfa central. Bra restauranger och shopping.

Good Location

We stayed here for a few nights and really enjoyed our time. The location was great, a short drive (or longer walk 0.5 miles to 1 mile) to most restaurants and shopping in Kihei. The beach is across the street and easy to get to. We also enjoyed using the pool which was often empty. The place itself was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Thank you!!

We had a fantastic 12-day stay in Maui! The location was absolutely perfect—right across the street from the beach, and we could enjoy beautiful sunsets from the balcony every evening. The complex has everything you need: a nice pool, BBQ area, and even tennis courts.The unit was very well equipped for a beach vacation. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, and snorkeling gear—it made our days by the ocean so easy and fun. The space was just right for the three of us.One small suggestion: we only had three garbage bags for the whole stay. It would have been nice to have a few more for a longer visit.Overall, a wonderful place to stay—comfortable, convenient, and perfect for enjoying Maui!

Our Stay At Maui Vista

What a great place to stay in Kehei. Close to all amenities and the ocean. Well stocked with everything a person needs. Gorgeous weather for 28 days straight. Would definitely stay here again if we were to come back to Maui.The one minor dislike we have was the uncomfortable couch/ hide-a-bed. Thanks for letting us use your condo Stewart. Mahalo! Great place to stay in Maui

Overall a great place to stay in Maui, it’s in a good location to travel to all areas of Maui. Lots of places to shop and eat. There is a nice beach within walking distance. The place is nice and clean.

Perfect location!

Everything was great EXCEPT

Everything was great except the condition of the beach chairs. Old & broken down with broken straps. Ended up having to rent 2 chairs which was easier than driving back to Costco for new ones. To the owners: BUY NEW CHAIRS, Its a cheap fix & would be much appreciated by your guests.. Maybe an extra umbrella to go along with considering there was only 1 in the room.

Perfect Condo

We loved this place. It was perfectly situated across the road from beach access and walking distance to bars and restaurants. Plenty of free parking was an extra bonus. The place was spacious, clean and fully equipped with all amenities. Would definitely stay there again.

Work & relax

I needed a place that was fairly close to the conference I was attending in Wailea and this condo ended up being perfect. This was a terrific location with easy, walkable access to restaurants, parks and the beach across the street. I would definitely recommend it for solo travelers as well as couples.

Quiet, close to the beach.

Nice well equipped condo. Comfortable bed. Beach chairs and umbrella appeared to be new. The condo is in a quiet area of the building and close to everything. We would definitely stay again.

Fabulous stay in Maui

Had a comfortable stay at this clean and neat property in Kihei. Perfectly located across the road from the beach with ample parking and easy walking distance to shops and lots of delicious food options. I found it to be a very convenient base for getting around Maui both by car and on foot. Check in process was easy. Would recommend.

Island Paradise

We have stayed in the unit several times before and it is always a great experience. We love the king bed which is so comfortable for long vacation sleeps! The unit includes beautiful island artwork that creates a great atmosphere. And the location can not be beat! Beaches, shops and restaurants around the corner, we hardly had to use our rental car! Looking forward to our next visit...

Good Location

Great Location with Charley Young Beach Access Across the Street! Great family beach especially with younger kids. The waves were gentler here than other beaches. We traveled with 2 10 year olds and it's an easy beach to hang out at! The condo was well stalked in the kitchen (we only ate out 2 times for the 9 days we were there) and they had everything we needed for cooking. King Bed was comfortable and the air conditioning an essential for night time sleeping.

Excellent at this price point

We've been to Maui about 8 times over the last 20 years, always staying in Kihei. We stayed for 7 days this time. This condo is in a very good location, between Kihei and Wailea. It's easy to access the Piilani Highway to get anywhere else and across the street from a very nice beach. Kihei shopping/restaurants, Wailea Center, Poolenalena Beach, Big Beach, and Little Beach are all a short drive. Within walking distance is 2 Kihei Caffes (one very close at the Maui Coast hotel). The ABC store is also close by as are a couple of shopping areas and restaurants. There's also a large food truck area with something for everyone. My only real complaint was no A/C in the bedroom. There's a window A/C in the living room that has to blow air down the hall to the bedroom. You'll have to turn the living room temperature down low in the evenings if you want to get the bedroom to near 72F at bedtime. If you arrive later in the day, expect to wait three hours for the bedroom to cool off if you like sleeping at about 72F like I do. We figured this all out quickly and it wasn't a big problem. If you sit on the couch, you'll be right in front of the A/C. I just learned to have a blanket when I did sit on the couch in the evenings. The neighbors were quiet and it's not very close to any of the complex pools. There are a lot of tennis courts that were seldom used. There's even a car wash area for hosing the bird crap off your car which I did almost every morning. I'd certainly rent here again.

A Nice Condominium with a view of the Ocean

A good condo with an ocean view from its 2nd floor lanai. It was well stocked and had a washer and dryer. the bed was good too with a beateaful Hawaiian cover. The only negative was the fry pans which are old scratched up Teflon. We ended up cooking in the two stainless steel sauce pans.

Great place in central Maui!

We really enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy and I was really happy that the place was clean. Sometimes with these older apartments, they don't feel clean...but this one did, so I really appreciated that! The apartment had everything we needed, really loved the beach chairs and umbrella. The bed was huge and comfortable so I liked that. The only thing that would be awesome, is if they put a smart TV in the bedroom! The AC in the living area worked great, it can get warm in the bedroom so we would leave the bedroom door open and have the fan on. The location was ok, there are definitely some things I love about Kihei. I didn't prefer the beaches in the area, we loved going North by Lahaina. Oh and definitely a nice quiet complex! Which is the other huge thing for us, so that was lovely. We'd definitely go back.

Great Condo!

We arrived on Maui the day of the fires. Sadly, we only stayed one night as non-essential travel was discouraged by officials and one person in our party had issues with the smoky air. We were so sad to leave this beautiful, clean and comfortable condo. It had everything we could possibly need. The view from the lanai was beautiful and lush (we even had a slight ocean view). The birdsong in the morning was beautiful. The beach was a few-minutes walk from the condo. Communication with the local management company was great and they were able to help us through this unfortunate change of plans. We will definitely book this condo again should we travel to Maui again in the future. Praying for Maui. May it come back even stronger from this tragic event.

It was a perfect condo!

I was there with my two kids (11y, 14y). The location is perfect. It’s good to have a car, as we wanted to discover more bays, but there is a beach just 5 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car an other one which are good for little kids. The kitchen was amazingly equipped! Storage boxes, toaster, pretty clean pans, so it’s really possible to cook and to live in this condo. For us the fancoil was perfect, the roomtemperature was just as we like (I am not a fan of airco). Even there is an aloe gel for sunburnt!:-) There are 3 beach chairs, but one of them is broken for a long time I gueds, as the Metall part is full with stain. The other two were ok. There are planty of towels, even for the beach. The bed is very comfy, the couch is ok for kids :-)) I didn’t have any contact with the property manager, I didn’t need it. It was easy to find a parking place each day. I can really recommend this condo! It was just a perfect stay.

It’s a nice location with AC near by beach.

The location is nice in a safe neighborhood. We love that it has a AC. Getting parking permit was a little tricky since the front office wasn’t opened so we had to get hold of the security office. It’s not too bad but wish there is better instruction with the phone number to call. The floor wasn’t supper clean. since it asked us to remove our shoes, our kids were running around bared feet and their feet got really dirty.

Just as advertised! Perfect vacation.

This property is perfectly located walking distance from Charlie Young Beach and within a quarter mile of restaurants. The unit is just as described, one bed one bath with a shower. Everything you need in the kitchen and a lanai from which you can watch the sunset. I would definitely book this again!

Maui Vista

Condo was well equipped with everything needed. Could use a good cleaning as closet runners/floors, mats, fridge area floor were dirty. Windows older and spaces open to outside. I had contacted the rental agency about a bedroom curtain issue and it was fixed the following day. We enjoyed the location of Maui Vista complex. Beach is close, grocery store close, many restaurants close.

Me? I am a retired veterinarian. My wife and I bought the unit in 2009 because Maui was her favorite place on earth. We were able to enjoy time together at the Maui Vista, along with our family, before she passed away in 2019, I love my time there for the memories of her enjoyment being on Maui, and seeing that same happiness in our children and grandchildren as they experience it. If some of the joy of our family time togeher on Maui can be shared with guests, then nothing would make me happier - it is exactly what my wife would want.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Love Kihei! More sun than Kaanapali (or anywhere else on the island), great access to snorkeling, whale watching, dolphin watching and birding. Superb beach across the street, and only 15 minutes from THE beach (Makena). Over the years, there have been some very excellent restaurants relocated to our area of Kihei, including local favorites like the Paia Fish Market - you really have to try it!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We chose this location because of its access to the beach, nearby amenities (grocery store and restaurants), pool, and tennis. You can easily stay here without renting a car. Our unit is back from the street so very quiet and it faces northwest so it is delightfully cool and shady all day.....but with wonderful evening light from the setting sun.
