Downhill Den is a beautiful updated condo nestled at the base of Mt. Werner, walking distance to the gondola, in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. There is plenty of room for your family with 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large living space with sweeping views of the Yampa Valley. This condo is ideal for families, couples or friends looking to truly get away in a serene mountain setting. *** As of Jan. 13, only 1 bathtub is usable due to a leak***

**1 Vehicle parking allowed during busy ski season - no RV's or Trailers allowed. Parking is unassigned in the surface lot.

Located at The Lodge at Steamboat, this property is updated, spacious and inviting! Plan to relax in the living area by the gas fireplace and enjoy the views of the Yampa Valley through the large picture windows. There is ample seating at the dining table plus the 4 seats at the breakfast bar allow those to oversee the happenings in the kitchen. The condo has granite throughout and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. A quiet balcony can be accessed from the living room or primary bedroom to enjoy your morning coffee and breath in some fresh mountain air. The primary bedroom in this property has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed plus a twin over full bunk bed. You also have access to a stackable washer and dryer in the unit as well. New wood flooring and carpet was completed in Fall 2021.

Downhill Den is located only 200 yards to the gondola and has wonderful property amenities such as 4 outdoor hot tubs, one indoor tub located next to the condo and a heated outdoor pool (closed off seasons) along with ski locker just outside your front door. It also has a winter only on call shuttle. *Parking for 1 Vehicle during Ski Season , no RVs or trailers allowed.* Guests have full access to the condo as well as property amenities. You can't go wrong staying at this cozy spot!

Four Seasons Steamboat manages this vacation rental home in Steamboat on behalf of the owners. Four Seasons Steamboat is a locally owned and operated property management company. We are here in Steamboat Springs to solve any issue that might arise or answer questions you might have. We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy and any other nightly rental restrictions.

Each of our vacation rental homes is stocked with what you need to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish and dishwasher soap, tissues, etc…

You will be required to electronically sign our booking contract to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Property Damage Protection for $1,500 and a cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 48 hours after booking. After 48 hours we charge a $100 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).

We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.
