Denna vackert ombyggda 2: a våningen, 2 sovrum, 2 badrum lägenhet ligger på ett utmärkt läge, gångavstånd från skidområdet och direkt på den fria busslinjen. Det kommer bekvämt att sova 6 vuxna, erbjuder pittoresk utsikt och gör en fantastisk semesteruthyrning.

Fastigheten är snygg inredd i bergstil. Den har en stor öppen vardagsrum som har bra Emerald Mountain utsikt över Mt. Werner. Den innehåller ett komplett kök med helt nya rostfria vitvaror, matbord med 6 stolar, bäddsoffa, stor platt-tv och gaspis, vilket håller enheten extremt toasty. Det fulla köket har helt nya rostfria vitvaror, skräddarsydda skåp och bänkskivor i granit.

Båda sovrummen och badrummen i hallen bort från vardagsrummet. Ett sovrum har en queen size-säng och de andra två tvillingar sängar. Båda rummen har fantastiska Emerald Mountain Views och gott om förvaring.

Great Condo

Last minute trip to ski - stayed 4 nights. The condo had everything and was in a great location. We used the bus to get to skiing but walked to the mountain to go out at night. Great location.

Charming Place

We stayed 4 nights and loved every minute in this charming condo. It is nicely equipped, had a great view of the changing Aspen trees and the Steamboat mountains beyond. The beds were comfortable and the decorating was so warm and cozy!

Great fall stay for our family

We had a great time in the condo for a family weekend. Steamboat put on its best fall show for us with sunny weather and golden leaves. We used the heated pool and hot tubs every day as well as the kitchen, the condo's library of board games, and the balcony. It was a great stay!

Steamboat Getaway

Perfect location to access ski resort amenities, downtown, and various hiking location. Also, the complex has a nice pool snd hot tub nearby.

Steamboat great--Condo had some issues

Steamboat is such a lovely town and this condo is very accessible to the ski resort. The condo, however, was outdated and a bit run down. The water shut-down the first day, one of the toilets wasn't working properly, the couches had sink holes in them and the fitness center was a tiny room with a treadmill and bike from the 1980s.

Weekend trip

The host reached out to us to make sure we had everything and was very responsive. The place is comfortable with lots of extras in supplies, games books and toys. The pool was heated enough to enjoy in freezing weather which is not the case with all Steamboat pools. Great stay!

Great spot

The condo was great. Convenient for getting to and from the slopes as well as getting into town. The condo was clean, and the setup was fine for 4 guys for 4 nights. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great Steamboat location

We had a great stay! Property was excellent and just what we needed. Easy walk to the base of the mountain and a quick drive downtown. Perfect location. Clean. Comfortable. Nice kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, weel-stocked and spacious condo with pretty views

Loved staying here during my lead up to Steamboat Gravel Race! This place is a short drive from town, and close to all the skiing (if it's winter) and gives easy access to all kinds of hiking, trailrunning, and biking. I loved the balcony views.

Great condo

Perfect location! The hot tub was nice and the condo was clean and comfortable. I wouldn’t recommend the pull out couch, better to bring an air mattress if you need someone to sleep out there. Other beds were comfortable.

Nice condo for stay in steamboat

We stayed at the condo for 4 days and three nights in June. The condo was very clean and upgraded. We had a question about the hair dryer not working and when I texted the number that I was provided an answer was given to me immediately. I feel the condo is located in a great spot in between the mountain and downtown. There is food close by and markets close by. I would definitely stay there again. Wouldn't mind trying it in the winter sometime.

Conveniently located condo

This condo is in a great location. It was a very short walk to the bus stop to get to skiing. The ski closet outside the condo was great for storing our equipment after a day of skiing and the hot tubs and pool are nearby but not too close that you hear the noise from it. Full kitchen with everything we needed and good sized area for family game nights.

Amazing Experience

What a charming 2 bed, 2 bath condo my father and I had the opportunity to stay in! The condo is close to a bus stop (purple) and only a short (5 minute) ride to the mountain. The kitchen was filled with numerous pots, pans, utensils and devices (blender, French press, toaster, etc). There is a cozy fireplace in unit and even a locker outside the unit to store snowboards/skis. The two (2) jacuzzis on site are healing. The condo was clean and tastefully decorated. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Great summer week in Steamboat!

My family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Rockies condo- the rooms worked well for our 2 girls, 11 and 13 yrs. It got warm during the day but easily cooled at night with windows open and the provided fans. The balcony was really nice to sit on and enjoy the sunset. The pool was great and close - very nice daily activity! We appreciated that the condo was stocked with basics and the kitchen had everything we needed. Overall, great stay - we loved the location - short drive to town, close to grocery store, trails, botanical garden etc. This was a great week in Steamboat and would definitely stay at this condo again!

ski week

Easy renting process through VRBO. Not exactly walk to lift with skis, but shuttle bus service is prompt and accommodating. Kitchen is well equipped but bathrooms could use a refresher; toilet required a new float and water never stopped filling. Steps need to be sanded, otherwise an accident in progress. Overall, I would recommend this condo.
